Linnie Thompson was who I spoke with and luckily took photos of the contract she tried to run off with quickly. She told me there are no refunds on deposits, which I clearly told her that's not stated in the contract I signed and she replied with, "It doesn't say it's refundable either". If you reply with that, you understand blatantly that you are engaging in deceptive practices and it will get handled as such. It's terrible that contractors are so desperate, they compromise their entire company, ethics and the only thing they have going for them- their word. Or in my case, an insufficient contract that was poorly structured. I suggest anyone wanting a well to RUN from these scam artists!

It was all supposed to be paid for upfront and they only paid for some of it in advance and made payments on the rest. In late 2016 they just stopped paying and won't respond to emails or texts. Their balance is small enough now that paying it off should be easy. They are clearly just choosing not to pay. Disappointing.
