I am changing my review of this company because I found the owner to be dishonest. The technician had given me a quote for repairing my heating and the owner called and told me it was the same price that I had been quoted. However, the owner changed the price. When I agreed, I told him that I would agree if it was the same price that I had been quoted. He lied and said that it was the same price. It wasn't! When they came to do the work the price had been changed, and he wrote on the work order that I had agreed to the price. He is wily and dishonest! After that day, the owner just showed up at my house without an appointment. The owner is not trustworthy, and I do not recommend this business! The Owner was dishonest again when he replied to my comments. The situation happened exactly as I reported above!

I called him and he was available to come out within a couple hours. When he got here and inspected the unit, he immediately identified the issue saying we had a bad capacitor. He had one on his truck and had it changed out in minutes and we again had working AC. I asked him to quote some more services and his fees were more than reasonable. Based on his repair service and recommendations he quoted, I believe him to be an honest professional. In an industry dominated by big-box names and corporations or cheapskate, God-only-knows-when-they'll-show-up workers, finding Comfort Solutions is a terrific blessing. They were responsive via their website, phone, and text quickly. The office staff (Ms. Amanda, I believe) was courteous. She explained my options to me and let me pick what was best. The tech, David, showed up in the window and did good work. He educated me as he worked, including telling me several steps I could do myself to save money and time. He was very personal and professional both.
