Dont...just dont. Took a merino wool Irish sweater to them to get a small dollop of cheese out of. They returned it with a big black stain in the center measuring 5" across. They charge me for the cleaning then say they will reclean....why was this even a question. When I came the second time, they had ripped a hole in the sweater along with the stain. $120 sweater ruined with no refund. Rude during every encounter. You get what you pay for. Had to bring back a pair of champion jogging pants... TWICE. Upon picking up my pants I checked them to ensure stains was removed that was not there when I when originally dropped off. Asked to speak to manager. Was told he is done for the day. I asked when will he be back. Was told they can't give me that information. I was astonished. Needed a reasonably priced dry cleaner for simple pants and jacket. They have a different address on their website so I called to confirm that they were in Apex. The gentleman who answered the phone was friendly and accommodating. However, it went downhill from there. Even though they tagged three stains on two pairs of pants, when we picked them up the stains were still there. The woman didn't even apologize. She just stuck more stain tags on the pants and said they would try to get the stains out again. The pants were nicely creased. Just wish they would've let us know that they couldn't get the stains out. It cost us a trip and extra time going back again. read more

My sister, who very very rarely has anything dry cleaned, had our mom pick up her items with her credit card. My mom walked in, the lady said nothing but took her ticket. My mom noticed a "No credit card for under $10" sign and said out loud, "Oh, I had no idea". The lady came back, looked at my mom and said, "they should have known better. They're in here all the time". Again, between our three families, have used this place maybe 3-4 times. She then proceeded to tell my mom that she would have to come back. Another lady came up front and took over the transaction and started the next person without a word to her while my mom was still standing in front of the register. Point of the story? They have terrible service. Terrible. The customer is not right. They refused to the run the card even though they are able to. Don't waste your time to save a few bucks. read more

"Cleaner" should not be in the name of this business. Usually go to a different business across town, but went here because it was convenient. Took a winter coat and sweater in and got them back with the same spots still present. It was like they just pressed them and absolutely no attempt was made to actually clean the items. **Update: All 7 shirts were lost. Manager took 3 weeks to go to the cleaning facility to check for our order. Of course, no call to either one of us letting us know this information. My husband finally went in and is now having to make claims for the 7 shirts. In total, these shirts (3 dress shirts and 4 casual shirts from JCrew, Banana Republic, and Nordstrom) were worth over $700 at cost. We will see how much money we get back from them. We have gone to each website and provided the owner with a web link to each lost article.** I have had issues with this cleaner before, but I kept going back because they are the closest to my house. After this latest problem, I will never be returning. I dropped off 7 of my husband's dress shirts and 5 dress pants last Wednesday, June 21. The woman marked on my ticket that all items would be ready on Friday, June 23. Well, since my items are never ready on time, I waited until Monday to return to the dry cleaner. Only the dress pants were ready. I have gone back 2 times since then, and the 7 dress shirts are nowhere to be found. They are a week overdue today. The owner doesn't care at all and keeps saying he will "call me" when he finds something out. These are my husband's expensive dress shirts for work. This is it for me. I took a set of custom made draperies to be dry cleaned here. I went to pick them up and I noticed that they were in plastic, but looked wrinkled. I started to investigate and realized that the curtains were destroyed, the grommets were hanging, the fabric unfolded and the seams apart. The curtains were faded, as well. I told the gentleman that I felt that the curtains looked like they were washed instead of dry cleaned, his response was that he thought that they were marked for dry cleaning. I asked him if he found them acceptable to receive or to give to me. He did not respond, he told me he would send them for repair, I have heard nothing more from him. I have tried to call the establishment several times, with no response. I have checked with the workroom that made the draperies, between pictures and my description, they have said that the drapes are not repairable. What is sad, is that I have several items that match and coordinate with the drapes. I would not recommend anyone use this dry cleaner for anything! I am considering small claims court if I cannot get reimbursed for these drapes. read more

If you are looking for service with a smile, go somewhere else... First few times it was 'ok' I realized they were charging 50 cents per invoice allowing 12 items per invoice... But they wouldn't put shirts and pants on same one. They did it once for me when I asked them why they wouldn't put on one invoice, but then subsequent times refused. I don't need the 50 cents but for principal I am no longer a customer- go to apex dry cleaners at least they smile... read more

I was a regular customer for almost a year (in at least once every two weeks). I have to say it wasn't worth the cheaper price. Broken buttons, blame place on me when I had a complaint, unfriendly service. The new manager is nicer than the last guy but I don't think he's empowered to do very much. We will be taking our business elsewhere. read more
