I'll start off by saying I'm not overly fond of the dentist much like majority of people but anytime dental made things very easy. I was able to call and go on same day and get evaluated and then schedule time to get work done within 2 weeks. The staff are all extremely friendly from the front desk associates to the doctors. Yesterday I went in to get half of my treatment plan completed which consisted of a lot of work. They did a tremendous job compared to other dentists I've been to. I can't wait to be completely done and have the smile of my dreams. I highly recommend this office to anyone who may be reluctant to go to the dentist for whatever reason. I don't typically leave negative reviews, but my experience at Anytime Dental ultimately left me very disappointed. The staff is kind and welcoming, which I do appreciate. Unfortunately, that was the most positive part of my experience. As someone who keeps up with regular cleanings and has historically had very minimal dental issues, I was surprised by the significant amount of dental work that was recommended and performed. In less than one year, I had multiple fillings and my first two crowns, requiring more than a dozen visits to the office. More concerning, several of the repairs completed at this office did not hold up. Three fillings that were placed chipped within months. One ultimately required a crown, and the other two needed to be redone entirely. Prior to this, I had never experienced dental work failing so quickly; historically, my dental work has lasted many years without issue. Because I had previously had braces, I wear a retainer at night to maintain my alignment. When I received my first crown, I later learned that my existing retainer would no longer fit and needed to be remade. As someone who had never had a crown before, I was unaware that this would be necessary, and the additional cost was unexpected and frustrating. While the office ultimately waived the cost of the second retainer required for the second crown, the first replacement retainer was an added charge that could have reasonably been anticipated or discussed ahead of time. Equally frustrating was that each visit was with a different dentist, and the treatment recommendations often differed from one provider to the next. This lack of continuity made it difficult to feel confident in the care being provided. When I returned for repairs on work that had recently been completed, I was also surprised that there was no effort to offer a reduced cost or warranty-type accommodation. In many professional settings, when a repair fails shortly after being performed, the corrective work is handled as a courtesy. That was not the case here. While the team is friendly, the volume of procedures, number of return visits, the durability of the work performed, the unexpected additional costs, and the lack of consistency in providers ultimately made this a frustrating experience. As a result, I ultimately chose to seek care elsewhere and hope this feedback encourages greater transparency and continuity of care for future patients. read more

While on this current work trip I had the unfortunate incident of having a cracked tooth which caused some pain. I was able to find a local dentist to take care of the problem. Frankly I would give zero stars if I could, the experience was bad enough I'm here to write this review three years later I went in for tooth pain, and the office immediately said I would likely need a root canal and that the cavity needed to be filled. My home dentist later told me they had been watching that cavity for years, that a cavity is rarely, rarely, such an emergency that it needs to be drilled into without some further consultation. Further, given it was a cavity on the side of my tooth, it would have been smarter to first attempt to deal with tooth sensitivity than to immediately recommend a drill and fill. The area is shallow, and drilling would likely indeed lead to a root canal So here I am getting a root canal I didn't need, costing me $1500 after insurance. Only to then be told I have two other cavities that will likely also need root canals. Thankfully I didn't listen and now 3 years later, those two teeth are exactly the same as they were and not in need of root canals. The best I can think of is this office tries to push as much intrusive, and expensive, work as they can to increase revenue I found this office to be predatory, and to top it off, the crown they gave me popped off after 3 years, hence my review now I had a prior crown from a broken tooth that is going on 10 years without issue. Anyway guess I will need to have the attorney work on this for me - 3 months later still feeling pain in my upper gum area and been on antibiotics twice and a fluoride rinse which they said would help..? What a shame that after many text from owner and 3 different offers of reimbursement which I was not healed and wanted to wait it has come to this If you get injured while at this practice beware they make a lot of excuses and to me it's not about $ I've already paid it's about all this happening during Suns playoffs where I bartend and I had to miss work also! Stay away- Let me preface this by saying this review has nothing to do with the reception staff or the dental assistants. About two months ago, I came in for a routine cleaning, I've been wanting to get braces for a while but I have two silver fillings I'm trying to get taken out. I saw the hygienist who kept my teeth shining, then I met a the pushiest dentist ever who would "only remove my silver fillings because I had good dental hygiene and he could work on it". Bald dude, not Dr. Larson. Fast forward to the next week, I scheduled an appt to come have the silver fillings removed, and capped with new crowns, routine, simple enough. This man, had absolutely no care for anything he was doing. It was the most aggressive, miscalculated drilling I have ever had done in my mouth. He rushed through it and made an absolute mess in my mouth. More to come on that later. After the horrific drilling was over, time for the crowns and here is where the fun starts. Crappy crowns go in, filed with the same lack of care that he did my actual teeth. These crowns, were razor sharp and ridging and digging straight into my gums, for a week. Our lovely dentist (with the most amount of sarcasm in that statement) failed to actually make sure they fit well, just jammed them in and didn't bother filing them down and fitting them to actual size so they were like a beartrap in my mouth. As soon as that was over, I knew something was immediate wrong. I've had a crown before, it comes with little to no pain and sensitivity. But no. The pain, was unbearable. I'm talking ibuprofen every 3 hours to be able to get through the day. So much so that I started breaking out in an ibuprofen rash on my face. Naturally, anyone with a brain cell or two, would figure out that I needed a root canal done. The funny part about this, the drilling dentist, doesn't actually do root canals. Weird that you'd allow someone to drill your teeth, and not be able to do a root canal, which happens most often when you get deep fillings removed and replaced with crowns. Here comes the wild goose chase. The actual dentist that can do the procedure, only shows up once every two weeks. Good luck if you need an actual procedure done and it's not his week to be in the office. So off to the Glendale location we go, because that is apparently the only place with a real dentist that can do a root canal. Another week goes by before we can get in to go there, whole time my tooth is getting more and more inflamed from the gnawing of the temporary crown into my gums, remember, beartrap. We finally make it out to the Glendale location where the dentist there is HORRIFIED by the lack of care that went into actually making sure my temporary crowns fit and didn't hurt. A few x-ray's and a refitting of the crowns later, and I get a "let's wait out the pain and see if just refitting the crowns is going to help. Gentle reminder here, the pain is not from the crowns, it's from eating, drinking, and you know, typical root canal pain. So here we go, off to wait out the pain.. and continue taking ibuprofen... Another few weeks go by while we wait for the permeant crowns to show up, all the pain still there, my liver fighting for its life at this point, we head into the dentist's office to get these put in and get another x-ray again, for the root canals. More drilling, more fitting, we get one crown on.. and then.. "ops". Drilled right through the second crown and now we have a hole in it. So now we have one crown in, without a root canal, and a new permeant crown with a hole in it, also no root canal done on that side either. Here we go now, another 2 weeks to send out the crown and wait for it to come back to be put in. So they temporarily glue down the permeant crown as a place holder and send me on my merry way, no root canals to be found, still in pain. Crown falls off about 20 minutes later. Go back, get it glued on, falls back out again. At this point I'm over this whole thing while we wait for the new crown to come in. read more

Raving over this place! I'm from out of state and had a veneer fall off. I googled, noted the high reviews and called. They were able to take me in right away. It actually took me longer to drive there than it did for them to fix me up!! No unnecessary charges, friendly staff (with great senses of humor), and high quality care. Would give zero stars if I could. Terrible office with no care for its customers and their care. Had to come in to get some cavities filled and it was the worst experience I ever had. when entering, the first thing mentioned was about payment (which was paid in full in advance) then leading to enduring the most painful and traumatic dental experience ever from start to finish. First, the dentist cut my tongue with the first needle (which we was wiggling around my mouth) and tried to blame it on my tongue and giving me a half-hearted apology. The dentist had no care for not only his error, but for the whole procedure as well with there being no care towards ANY part of my mouth. I was hesitant about continuing considering he had no care to be careful and felt the need to rush through the procedure with no care given. Not only did I taste blood during the procedure, but I also was being yanked around, pinched, and consistently being choked by fluids that were not being suctioned out. I am an intern and am only in Phoenix for the summer. The glue on my permanent wire came off and I needed help fast to fix it. I called them, explained the situation and was told they didn't want to touch what another ortho did. This wire has been in my mouth for about 8 years and my old ortho has retired, but still a quick and rude "No!". Truly disappointed that they couldn't help fix a small problem. read more

I have just moved here from another state and needed a dentist asap. I have had bad teeth all my life and was doing a treatment plan with my previous dentist before I moved. I have had alot of bad experiences through my life with dentist so my anxiety raises every time I have to go. I found this dentist here when driving by and called to get an appointment and had good reviews. I was impressed until the dentist come in to talk to me. I don't have insurance yet and with moving not alot of money to spend. I asked why my top teeth are having the same problems. His answer was "you have to take care of your teeth". He talked to me but not even 10 mins and didn't even know my history. And wanted half down to do the work. Needless to say I will not be going back with that kind of statement made to me. Going to the dentist is scary. Especially when you're an adult with no dental insurance and haven't been in awhile. My boyfriend recently had a severe tooth abscess and we he needed his tooth out, now. Being in the middle of a pandemic, we weren't too sure what luck we were gonna to have to find a place to do it that day. Luckily we found this place, and they got him in immediately, and got all his hurty teeth out pronto. They have a super affordable dental discount plan, helped him apply for CareCredit and gave us a solid plan going forward of what he needed with his teeth to help him feel comfortable again. He went for his cleaning today (included in his dental plan!) and goes back next week to start his journey to a healthy mouth. I even decided to overcome my fear of the dentist (and the financial nightmare I associate with it) and scheduled myself a cleaning and exam next week too!
