I've been going here for 3+ years and they are awesome! I always receive great service.

I have been a patient here for about 4 or 5 years, and in that time, I have RARELY seen the same dental tech or dentist twice. I recently learned that many of the techs are contractors who float between offices. Building trust with a consistent care team is very important to me, especially since I've had bad experiences in the past. I specifically scheduled a procedure with a dentist I liked during my cleaning, only to arrive at my appointment and find an unknown dentist assigned to do the work with zero notice. This lack of consistency is clearly affecting their administrative accuracy as well. During my last visit, the reception told me I was there for a cavity filling, which was incorrect. Furthermore, they asked why I was "refusing" a night guard, even though I already own one that I purchased from THIS office years ago. It is unacceptable to feel like a stranger at your own dentist's office after five years. Unfortunately, my trust in this office has completely eroded. If you value seeing a consistent provider who actually knows your dental history, I would suggest looking elsewhere. read more

I'm aware of how insurance works. The baffling thing is that the fee came six months later. Additionally, when I received an appointment reminder out of the blue for an appointment I did not make, I contacted your office and they acknowledged it was a mistake made on their end. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Absolutely unprofessional and will not be back! I've been to this office three times, and each visit was a serious letdown. There's a constant rotation of dentists and hygienists, so no continuity of care. I was given the wrong TMJ appliance and when they gave it to me it wasn't checked for fit. It made my grinding 100x worse because it was not fit right and the wrong type of appliance. When I went back to complain they were unhelpful...no new retainer, no referral to a TMJ specialist, and the Doctor didn't even examine my jaw. The dentist's exams were rushed--no cancer check, just a quick glance. Hygienists barely cleaned thoroughly. I won't be back for another round. Save yourself the time and headache...go elsewhere! EDIT IN RESPONSE TO THE OWNER: I'm surprised you can't locate my visits, as I was seen in your office three separate times. Regardless, the issues I described accurately reflect my experience as a patient. Dentistry is something I take seriously. My grandfather was one of the most respected dentists in Phoenix, so I grew up understanding what thorough, patient-centered care should look like. I also know Dr. Nichols, who previously owned this practice, and I believe he would be disappointed to see the level of care patients are receiving now. My concerns remain the same: the revolving door of dentists and hygienists, the incorrect TMJ appliance that was never properly fitted, the lack of a referral to a TMJ specialist when I specifically requested one, and the fact that my jaw was never even examined. On top of that, the exams felt rushed and there was no oral cancer screening, and the cleanings were not thorough. This is not about one treatment not working. It is about basic standards of care that were not met across multiple visits. Because of the seriousness of these concerns, I will also be passing my notes and documentation along to the Arizona State Board of Dental Examiners so they can review the situation. I hope the office takes this feedback seriously and improves the patient experience going forward or just closes it's doors. read more

I had the worst experience at this office. First, one of their hygienists administered an injection incorrectly. When I signaled that I was in pain and asked her to stop, she did not. I had to repeat myself multiple times before she finally stopped. When the dentist came in to address the issue, he dismissed my concerns and tried to convince me it was just anxiety, suggesting sedation instead. Later, their manager Heather assured me this was a one-off incident and claimed this was the best dentist in Phoenix with the best customer service. Unfortunately, my experience with their staff proved otherwise. When I had to miss an appointment because my daughter was missing, their staff member Carla still charged me a cancellation fee--with zero empathy for my situation. To make matters worse, I still have pain from the incorrectly administered injection. I was told the dentist would examine me for possible damage, but that never happened. This office completely failed to provide competent care, compassion, or accountability. I would not recommend them to anyone. read more

Some constructive feedback I went for a routine cleaning and was told I had four cavities and they were gonna be getting ready to dismiss me to go talk to the Front about my treatment plan, I kind of waited because I thought that things would be explained a little bit more so I asked for the dentist to come back. When the dentist came back, I asked if I could see any of the pictures or be told a little bit more about what teeth they are and how far along the cavities are, etc.. in reality really I just asked could I see the x-rays or know which teeth they are? I was met with attitude, acting as though that was a rare question, and as though I was questioning their professional opinion.. when I just wanted a second for them to actually explain just the very basics. It left me feeling as though I was difficult for asking what teeth I have cavities in? I haven't scheduled a follow up because it left me feeling uncomfortable and left in the dark. I was a patient of Dr Nichols's dentistry from 1974 until he sold to Dr Jerowsky. Dr. J was an excellent dentist who grew his business. Good for him. Yesterday an old gold cap fell off my tooth. When I went to AZ Biltmore I agreed to get the decay treated and a new cap to replace the well worn cap with a hole. I signed a paper to do the procedure and paid in full the required fee. The tech said they could fit the cap in one visit if that was ok. Today when I arrived I found out that I was charged an extra $150.00 for same day treatment. If that fee was described in the paper I signed that's my fault. I don't know bc I didn't read it. I believe the staff should have been more informative regarding this "hidden" charge. I brought it up to the staff and of course I felt like the old adage "buyer be weary ". Dr Witt is a good dentist who replaced my cap. However, I should have been made aware of the extra fee for one day service. I will decide if I want a "rush " job. The low rating is due to staff not up front re fees and also there is a high rate of not getting the same dentist or hygienist. read more

I have called AZBD three times to resolve my issue. I gave fair warning that if we didn't get it resolved I would share my experience. So here we go. My husband and I have been a patients at this practice for many years and sadly the quality of service has deteriorated. At first we would see Dr. J exclusively, and then somewhere along the way he became unavailable we were scheduled with different doctors every visit and received inconsistent work. The redeeming factors included the care we received from our hygienists, the cleanliness of the office, and the kindness of the reception staff. Unfortunately, this year we discovered that both mine and my husband's hygienists quit and more recently, I have found the majority of the reception staff to be argumentative, flippant, and ill-mannered. Additionally, the manager and Dr. J are curiously never available, and the staff will refuse any attempts to find alternate means of communication. What's caused me to share my experience is that during my visit last fall I learned I had a significant overpayment balance on my account and requested those funds be returned to me. I made sure to update my address, as they said to expect a check in the mail. It's now January and still no check, so I called and spoke with Mary who informed me that a check had indeed been sent, but they input my address incorrectly. When I requested a stop payment on the check and a new check be issued, she told me that is was impossible. That "we needed to wait until the original check is returned before issuing a new one." My husband is an accountant; it's routine to stop payment and reissue for lost checks. Those funds have been sitting there for well over a year and there is no excuse for such poor treatment over money that belongs to the customer. Whats worst is that my husband has had the same issue with AZBD. It took them several months and too many phone calls to repay him after he requested the overpayment balance on his account. My experience with this business is disappointing because I truly used to enjoy coming here. I would think twice about supporting a business that treats long time customers so poorly. I had my cavity filled by Dr. Rodriguez, who was great. He explained everything and asked if I had any questions. I had pictures taken for the mouth guard, which ended up costing $400. This dentistry practice is ok. They do a good job. But I have never been to a dentist prior to this that tried to upcharge me on everything. The things they are charging extra for sound completely reasonable - fluoride treatment, an oral cancer screening, or a mouth guard for teeth grinding... but it just feels weird coming from a dentist's office. read more

I've had great experiences scheduling and with my cleanings and past services needed (Leah is awesome!). I'm confident in the care I'm receiving, however, I do feel that the dentists are literally running from room to room, and can definitely slow down when explaining the care needs to the patient. With that being said, each dentist is extremely patient with my questions. Communication at the front desk can be better - from welcoming ppl in, to acknowledging them, and also giving updates when there is a delay in appt time. With such a physically small front office, I'd expect customer service to be a bit more open than it historically has been for me. read more

I am about two months out from a dental cleaning and two crown placements and I couldn't have been luckier to schedule with and be care for by the team. 1st - Accessibility: they have longer hours of operation and better flexibility than any other dentistry office I found in the valley. They accepted me and scheduled me with a month to spare before my dental insurance ran out and got me in for my three billable appointments. Otherwise, my dental benefits would have gone to waste. 2nd - Quality: the staff are extremely competent and careful about their work. They emphasized my comfort and whenever I felt the slightest bit of pain from my temp crowns, they would immediately bring me into a room without an appointment and a dental assistant would adjust it. This was never with a charge, just for courtesy and my own comfort. 3rd - Kindness: I couldn't have been luckier to work with a more approachable, personable, and warm-spirited group of people. 3a - Dentists: Dr. Jeziorski served me for me for my cleaning, first temp crown, and final crown placement - he was exceptionally professional and masterful of his work. I also had the pleasure of working with Dr. Leonard who might be the funniest and skillful individuals of her trade - I felt extremely lucky to have had her service since Dr. J couldn't see me. I would be more than happy to work with Dr. J or Dr. Leonard equally in the future and have the most confidence with either. 3b - Hygienist: Each of the dental hygienist that care for me were also wonderful! Omar was there for my first appointment and Brittnie for my first cleaning and crown. Omar took his time to talk through treatment options, recommendations, and give me dental hygiene skills. Brittnie was very kind and efficient. She took exceptionally good care of me as I had my first ever crown placed. Annie was the third dental hygienist that I saw for my second crown placement. She isn't a permanent staff member (coming in as needed) but I wish she was! She took her time cleaning my teeth and prepping for the second crown and since there was some extra time before we got started with the procedure, she took advantage of it to help clean a strain in the front of my teeth that formed after a chip. This was above and beyond anything I could have asked for! 3c - Dental Assistants: Jason and Zenovia were the two dental assistants that I spent the most time with. Jason care for me for my first evaluation and and first cleaning/temp crown placement, but even when I was with Zenovia he went out of his way to check on me and chat. He is extremely personable, talented, and enthusiastic. I hope to see him become a dentist himself someday because he has an undeniably golden character that is hard to come by. Zenovia completed my second cleaning/temp crown and the permanent crown placements. She, like Jason, was so kind and empathetic. I was confident in her abilities and she offered some of the kindest compliments I have received. I was also so fortunate to be care for by Nick for a quick drop in. I was having some tooth aches after my second temp crown and Nick quickly identified and corrected the issue to allow me to sleep pain free! 3d - Front Desk: the leadership at this office did well to put together the front desk crew that they did. LC and Karla were not only approachable (as someone at the front desk should be) but they were enjoyable - I felt more eager to speak with them than to wait in silence to be called back. For one appointment, I came in an hour early on accident, and LC was more than happy to help me understand my charges and the dental benefits coverage. Her service was beyond exceptional. Karla is the reason that all of my scheduling was well accommodated and that any administrative questions were addressed. Every time I was getting ready to leave she greeted me with a warm smile that radiated beyond her mask and scheduled me for the best follow up appointment as needed. She was absolutely wonderful! I couldn't recommend the office more. I live out in Buckeye and work in Phoenix, but I wouldn't go anywhere else or in between. I trust this practice with everything I've got and am so happy with their transparency and warmth in a field that it can be hard to find sometimes. Needing extensive work done on failed inplants, I devoted a lot of time into researching dentists in the Phoenix and Scottsdale area , fortunately I chose Dr Jeziorski. The work is extensive and complicated--he worked with me to find solutions--his manner is patient and kind and the work done on my mouth is beautiful. The tone of this office begins when you call and instead of just rattling off Arizona Biltmore Dentistry--they follow with "I can help you"--and that pretty much sets the tone for your experience. The absolute best dental technician i have ever had is Dr Jeziorski's---Ericka---through the whole process she is reassuring --so knowledgable--and personable. She was with me through the entire process--kept me informed --.Erika supports you and cares about your comfort. I've had a deeply troubling horrible expensive experience with the dental services provided by Dr. Ryan Cullinan of Blue Dot Dental, as well as the owner, Dr. Aaron Jeziorski, and their staff members Desiree Garcia, Tia Price, and Liz, the previous insurance manager. The services promised were not rendered, leaving you in physical pain and causing emotional and mental distress. This situation has exacerbated your anxiety and depression disorders, impacting your overall health, self-confidence, and causing you to be self-conscious. The dental malpractice and negligence you've experienced have led to an inability to eat properly. You feel abandoned as a patient and are dissatisfied with the lack of professionalism and compassion shown by the staff. Furthermore, your dental benefits have been exhausted with no improvement to show for it. This ordeal has left you feeling disrespected and treated horribly. I do not recommend them their services or as a dental provider caretaker for anyone I am appalled disgusted overwhelmed by the stress the pain unable to eat properly for months since complaining about my crowns and fillings falling out to much more complications from Dr Ryan Cullinan dental work I will be seeking legal action as well for the insurance fraud they have committed against me my insurance company my credit card payments cash payments to opening a sunbit loan!!!!!! I am so frustrated with this office. I received a message yesterday to come in for a possible Invisalign consult. "Ashely" set up my appointment for Saturday, Nov 5th at 3:00. I drove 30 minutes to get to the appointment, and the office is closed. I tried to give this office a chance after the ball has been dropped a few times. I understand businesses are short staffed, I understand things happen and re-bookings happen. I don't appreciate this office wasting my valuable time on a Saturday. Came here a year ago and these people are vultures. They said I needed more medical work than I did (went to a different/better dentist). Additionally they stole over $800. I never agreed to them putting in a awful crown that looks so fake-- I let them know that it wasn't ok with me. They said they will make me another one- a year later I have to call them everyday because they now say they didn't agree to this because "it's not on their notes". I've spoken to people who have gotten work done here and have had similar experiences. Currently, I cannot eat comfortably because these animals haven't had the dignity to complete the medical work I paid for. They always misdiagnose. For example telling patients they have cavities, when they don't, telling them they're at risk of getting gingivitis just to overcharge them on treatments. read more

I spent six hours in the dentist chair because they miss scheduled the dentist and this one guy was treating literally four people at the same time. And then, they incorrectly billed me and then they wanted 2400 when I actually only owed $1,200. So I arrive for my follow up appointment and they demand I pay double what I owe or they would not let me go back. I politely told them they had to be a mistake, and I asked if I could look at their computer. They demand of the 2400 and did not let me see the dentist. I later got a call where they acknowledge their mistake, but without any form of an apology. read more

Very friendly staff ... took me on a Saturday immediately when I called them for gum pain .. I have chronic TMJ with very limited mouth opening and discomfort ! I was told many times that I NEED to get deep cleaning done BUT I delayed it for a couple of years out of fear .. with that sudden episode of gum pain I decided it's time to face my fears Omar in particular is AMAZING. I swear when I was on the chair the first session I was gonna just leave before he would start but he explained the steps and the importance of the procedure and made me feel comfortable enough to proceed ! He took his time and gave me multiple breaks during the first day cleaning . By the end of it my jaw did just fine .. during the second session he made sure to do the same thing and I really felt very comfortable! I'm so glad this is over and I had to do what I had to do! I woke up with horrific pain from an old cracked tooth and they got me in same day by lunchtime for an extraction. every single person that I interacted with was so kind, caring and empathetic. Would give 5 stars to the dental hygienist who did my cleaning. He was kind and personable. However, I didn't care for the dentist who talked to me for about 30 seconds at the end of my cleaning. He tried to convince me I needed almost $3k of dental work. I almost laughed in his face. My dad is a dentist and has his own practice out of state so I'm well aware of the work I do and don't need. Dr. Jeziorski and his hygienists are personable and perform work well. But I was cautioned by one of his own hygienists that Dr. Jeziorski pushes unnecessary and expensive work. I confirmed this in my case by getting a second opinion, from a Phoenix Magazine Best Dentist, who could find no need for any of the expensive work that Dr. Jeziorski insisted was needed soon. His office manager was constantly pushing new services, and in one case wanted to charge my insurance twice for performing the work once. It felt like being on a car dealership lot. Being in a dentist's office can be stressful enough without being subjected to heavy sales pressure, even unwanted text message sales pitches (especially after they were told to stop sending them), and having to monitor what's being billed to insurance. I suggest finding a Phoenix Magazine Best Dentist instead. read more

Update: the comment from the Dentist below is ridiculous. You would not be doing me a "disservice" by not offending me and trying to push me to get fillers. I went to have my TEETH CLEANED, not my LIPS FILLED. In the past I have always really enjoyed going to the dentist. Having recently moved to AZ from Nevada, I needed to find a new dentist and was pleased I was able to find a highly-rated practice within walking distance of my home. Unfortunately, my experience did not live up to my expectations. I would like to state that my hygienist was sweet and her cleaning was pleasant. However, I felt pressured with unnecessary add-ons such as an oral cancer screening for $25 and a an Rx fluoride varnish for $25 that was sold to me as "vitamins for your teeth" that is truly intended to be prescribed for sensitivity. I made it clear numerous times my teeth are NOT sensitive, so why try and push something I don't need? I also was pushed when I stated I didn't feel I needed the oral cancer screening with statements like, "well, do you drink alcohol...smoke...?" No, I don't, and my gums are healthy so stop pushing me. The dentist (I think his name was Dr. Cha) also made me feel borderline uncomfortable. He tried to sell me on hyaluronic acid fillers by stating I have nice lips and that the lip line is his favorite to perfect, and he might have a unit available if I was interested. WTF?! I was there to have my teeth cleaned, not be pushed for cosmetic fillers! Besides, why is a dentist doing cosmetic fillers? When he finally got around to my teeth, I felt he was rushed and sloppy. Although I have not had a cavity filled in the past, I have had other restorations on 20+ year old sealants and my teeth have turned out amazing. This time my two restored molars fee gritty and misshapen. I am NOT pleased. Perhaps the dentist should stop focusing on his patients appearance and should get back to focusing on teeth. If it wasn't for the complimentary whitening treatment I received with yelp check-in I likely would have given two stars, but I do think that was a nice touch. Was it worth it? Not really, and if given the choice, I would have gone elsewhere. read more

The owner just replied to my post and outright lied! The only thing worse than making a mistake is failing to acknowledge that a mistake has been made! I was 100% told that a root canal was needed, and they even had me schedule a follow up appointment to have a crown put on. The only reason they didn't feel comfortable doing it was because of the proximity of something to the nerve. The owner's comments below are complete nonsense, and it's him rationalizing a bad experience. Shame on you! The people are very friendly, but the dentist lacks attention to detail. I initially went to their sister office, Toothology, but the dentist called in sick, and we weren't notified until we showed up for our appointment. I was then transferred over to AZ Biltmore Dentistry. After getting x-rays and having the dentist look at my teeth, the dentist concluded that I needed a root canal due to having an issue with a cavity. However, the dentist didn't feel comfortable doing it, so I was referred to an Endodontist. After getting x-rays and inspecting the troubled tooth, the Endodontist noticed a 10 mm crack, and concluded that an extraction was needed, as opposed to a root canal. I'm not sure how the AZ Biltmore dentist missed a 10 mm crack, but he did, and this is a major issue! read more

Wow!!!!! I would give this place 100 stars if I could. I saw Gretchen and Dr. Cha and Alfredo. They were all fantastic. Gretchen was so thorough and took her time with everything. She answered all my questions and really took the time to explain things to me. I left feeling like I understood my issues better than I ever have. Full disclosure, I can be a bit ocd about my teeth and I have many issues: grinding, gum recession, pain, sensitivity, etc. She provided solutions to EVERYTHING and wrote everything down so it was super easy for me to follow through. This place truly is a one-stop shop. It's the best cleaning I've ever had. You'll feel brand new when they're done. You can tell they truly care about their patients' health and they do everything to make them comfortable. It's also immaculately clean and professional. Do not look any further. The service and kindness at this practice is unlike anything I've ever seen before. Not only did they make me (a 28 year old dude who's a wimp at the dentist) feel super calm about my first filling they took the time during COVID to actually bring me relief. The staff at this office is exceptional and so cool. My wait was filled with great 90s and early 2000s throwback tunes which I was singing along to and my procedure was like a party. Me and the dentists were dancing and laughing which made my anxiety about my first cavity disappear. If you're looking for a "fun" dental experience this is your place. Never thought I'd type that in my life. I'm oddly excited to go back for my full exam and deep cleaning to see those wonderful people again. I would give negative stars if I could! Run! Run fast from this dentist office! Dental assistant and hygienist is good but the dentist is horrible. Completely unprofessional. I had a major issue with one of my teeth no phone calls. No response to any of my phone calls. The dentist had his dental assistant text me. When I expressed concern about this, the Dentist laughed and was smirking under his mask. When I called him out on it he said that he was socially awkward. They screwed up my occlusal guard 3 times. Refused to refund me. I still do not have a night guard and I am out the money! It took the office 2 weeks to forward my records to my new dental office and they only sent select ones. I have been serviced by this dentistry over a month ago. Initially, I've been quoted for a root canal and a crown, but beginning doing so the diagnosis have changed and ended up with an extraction. I payed half of the initially quoted amount, but it was still greater than the amount of a tooth extraction. I have called the office 7 times, to ask for the refund and 7 times I have been told I will get a call back, which hasn't happened yet! Nor the refund! Called and the receptionist told me my insurance didn't pay for an x-ray. She also mentioned there was a glitch in the system and that is why I am receiving it now. Had this of been my practice I would not have tried to collect on a service that has been completed that long ago. I was disappointed. I felt my hygienist was more of a sales person using scare tactic than truly caring about my cleaning. And when I brought up a concern I had, he brushed it off and went right back to his sales pitch. That night my gums were so sore and cut up.
