During the whole time I was checked on to make sure I was doing okay and everything was explained every step of the way so I not only knew what was going to be done but also what exactly to expect. Dr. David Ngo took his time to review everything with me and thoroughly explain what he saw and and the reason for his recommendations. He was able to answer any questions I had and never did I feel he was rushing to get to his next patient. Made me feel that he genuinely cares about his patients and my dental health. I will absolutely plan on coming back for years to come. By far the best dental experience I've ever had!

We moved to Scottsdale about six or seven years ago. My wife did a ton of research before picking a…read moredentist and she chose S&L with Dr. David Ngo. I went with a different place at first because it was closer to where we were living. Well, that turned out to be a mistake. I ended up having a bad experience there and finally switched to S&L. Dr. Ngo and his team fixed everything the other dentist had messed up. Right away I knew my wife had been right all along. I've been going to S&L for four years now and they really are the best dental office I've ever been to. Dr. Ngo has removed all my old metal fillings and replaced them with modern ones, plus he's done a couple of crowns for me. Everything looks and feels great. My wife has also been extremely happy with all the work he's done for her too. I'm almost 55 and I've seen a bunch of top-rated, highly recommended dentists over the years, both here in the US and a couple in Mexico. Nothing else comes close. One thing I have to mention is how good Dr. Ngo is with people who hate dental visits or get nervous about pain. His work is excellent, but it's the way he takes care of you that makes the biggest difference. For example, the way he does Novocaine shots is unbelievable. You barely feel it at all. Every dentist out there should learn his technique. With all that said, I do think the front office experience could be better. If the customer service up front matched Dr. David's clearly caring vibe, it would be 100% perfect. If you're looking for a truly professional dentist who gives five-star care and service, this is the place. Dr. David Ngo at S&L is the only one I would recommend without any hesitation.

The space is clean and cute, with multiple chairs so they can accommodate several clients at once without feeling crowded. They offer a variety of services including teeth whitening and IV therapy, and I believe they recently added injectables like fillers and Botox as well. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. I signed up for their text alerts so I can take advantage of their specials, and I usually purchase the 3-session package for the best value. They've been flexible if I'm running a little behind from work, which I really appreciate. I am Absolutely smiling with much whiter teeth today after Stephen did his magic yesterday…read more I want to thank Stephen immensely...I'm tickled pink to have had such a great experience with him yesterday. It was so surprisingly easy and relaxing !!! Stephen made a previously stressful impossible teeth whitening experience for me ....turn into not only able for me to tolerate teeth whitening but the BEST experience ever!!! I truly appreciate all the time he spent from educating, listening to concerns, needs and wants to the actual process! A total class act from start to finish!!! You honestly feel right at home being walked thru every step all while listening to your favorite music. There truly isn't anything that would have made the experience better. I honestly think my teeth even look whiter today (my husband agrees)! I had done regular professional teeth whitening at my regular dentist office until 3 years ago. It was so much chaos, the technician being distracted leaving me very uncomfortably with my head hanging below my body while having other conversations in the office. After 30 minutes with only part of the gum protection on I had a panic attack and had to leave. Was never going to put myself in that position again. After reading many reviews from many businesses I decided to give Stephen a try. Let's face it ....when all you do is whiten teeth the chances of being an expert go up dramatically. He knocked my experience out of the park so far that I'm going back for a 2nd session in a few days to get the absolute Whitest my teeth can get!!! You don't realize how much your teeth regress and how badly they become stained in 3 years. My photos tell that story. It's easy to following aftercare instructions to a T. He gives you everything you need including the products. Putting on red lipstick last night took my results to the next level....my teeth looked amazing! All thanks to STEPHEN!!! Honestly I can't thank him enough for the wonderful experience. All because of STEPHEN I can finally have white teeth again. I'm beyond excited to see our next results from round 2 in a few days. If you are on the fence for any reason whatsoever...take it from someone who was never going to do a professional whitening again... Make that giant leap into his office and have yourself a memorable awesome whitening experience from the first step in the door until your after photos.
