They're conveniently located on the corner of Craftsman in Scottsdale, on the top floor, and I've never had issues with parking -- which says a lot for Old Town. The space is clean and cute, with multiple chairs so they can accommodate several clients at once without feeling crowded. They offer a variety of services including teeth whitening and IV therapy, and I believe they recently added injectables like fillers and Botox as well. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. I signed up for their text alerts so I can take advantage of their specials, and I usually purchase the 3-session package for the best value. They've been flexible if I'm running a little behind from work, which I really appreciate. My teeth have always been a very discolored yellow. Many Antibiotics as a child helped to lead to this. I truly never believed I could ever have anything even close to a white smile. Well, however it works, treatment at white teeth have made SUCH a difference!. They aren't perfect but I almost feel like I'm looking at the teeth of someone else. I have the most sensitive, delicate teeth the world has ever seen. They hurt when it's cold or hot, when having sugary or acidic foods. I have always used crest teeth whitening strip and have dreaded the pain that comes with it! My teeth would hurt for the next couple of days and I would need to take a bottle of advil to survive. I was skeptical when visiting Whitening AZ. But I consulted with Meredit and together we decided for a suitable treatment for me. Timing was shorter, she applied a protection around gums and I pointed out a couple of teeth that I knew are more prone to pain. The whole process felt very safe, I had the control over the light that I would be able to remove at any time in case the pain came up. It never did! Results were visible right away and that fear of pain that usually comes the next day was for nothing! I can't believe this but there was ZERO PAIN the next day. This was so much better than whitening strips I was using at home. Thank you Meredith for taking the time, great guidance and whiter teeth! So, I purchased 10 jabz boxing classes thinking I want to get in shape. After Groupon constantly reminding me to put those classes to use, I decided to look up teeth whitening! I was nervous because I've tried whitening at home and it burns so bad. I was reassured by a couple ladies there that it doesn't hurt and if I were to feel any discomfort, they'd take care of it right away. I opted for 3 of the strongest whitening sessions for $50 more which I thought was just fine. They let me do one session before making that decision and after seeing my results, I said hell yeah! This place has been a fantastic experience. I actually enjoy that it's not stuffy like a dentist's office. I have gotten amazing results in just one session. Back for my 2nd and still super stoked about it! It is not easy to find because there is no sign on the building, but the day of your appointment they text you directions and a reminder which make it super easy. Strong teeth whitening for 50 bucks you can't beat it and you can't really do that at home I mean you can but you'll probably mess it up

I came in with my 84 yr old mother today and this was the worst experience I've ever had in my life going to a service industry salon (hair; nails, aesthetician, etc). The gentlemen at the front office were Amazing mind you. My mom went back first and immediately was told by "Meredith" ( she refused to give us her name, but going by these reviews, that's the only name that kept being mentioned. She tried to upsell" her and told her the results from the Groupon would not be as good. Mom thought immediately that she could tell that Meredith would not be giving her the proper treatment and she would make sure of it. Then I came back and she immediately asked where our Groupons were- they were on my cell phone but I could not pull up since they had no Wi-Fi. I tried several times with no success with the password that I was given. this seemed to escalate her demeanor drastically and went downhill from there. I finally sat up in my chair since she would not begin the treatment till I pulled it up. (We are not some people of the street and actually our family is well known in the community). I was getting upset as well as my mother and that was when the woman began to escalate the situation to a whole other level. She told me I had an attitude (I'm a nurse in hospice and would Never treat anyone with such disrespect) and she would not work with me unless I "respected her", which I already did- as you would to anyone. I then asked her to do the same, which she "snubbed"; laughing at me. I had no attitude whatsoever and she was harassing me to all end. She then proceeded to call me an as*ho*e; a bi*ch and screaming this in the front, while their were other clients there- all looking very embarrassed by her behavior. She then proceeded to attack my mom. She was inches away from her face telling her off as well, when my mother didn't do one thing to her and mind you she's 84 years old and got very upset and nervous from this. This was then when she began literally screaming at us to get out of the building. We were actually afraid that she was going to go further and put hands on us. I asked her name or the owners name and she laughed at us. I also mentioned that the two young men at the front desk where exceptionally helpful. Her words were that, "haha they've only been here 2 weeks- right there at the desk with both of them! I told her that she should be happy for the two gentlemen being there two weeks and providing such great service. She then laughed again at this. We left feeling extremely upset by insulting us and causing such drama. Even more to add to injury- I took mom up to Honorhealth Shea because her heart was racing and having a panic attack- sadly, 2 months prior she had a stroke. I read a very similar comment on here and had to post and do the right thing. Mind you, I have never in my life left a negative review for anyone but felt this needed to be brought to attention and am going to persue this further. This person should not be working in a customer service oriented position as she is extremely volatile and a loose cannon ready to go off at any given time. read more
