After seeing this ad repeatedly on Instagram, I figured I'd give them a try. A Crest 3D Whitestrips Professional Effects + LED Light kit is already $80. So why not give SmileNova a try? I did the 90-minute session for $199. The Process: Treatments use a protective gum gel, a specialized whitening gel, and an LED light accelerator split into multiple 20-minute rounds. The Results: Procedures typically make teeth 3 to 10 shades brighter in a single visit. Sensitivity: The formula is engineered to cause little-to-no tooth sensitivity compared to traditional dental office whitening bleach. Pricing: They offer clear cosmetic pricing including a 60-minute session ($149) and a 90-minute session ($199). And while it is advertised as 90-minutes, it's actually three 20-min sessions with some consultation. The 60-minute session is two 20-min sessions with consultation. Tipping is optional at the end. So four stars. My tech told me my teeth were already light so I probably won't have dramatic results and she was correct. At the place, your teeth look white under their blue lights. At home is where I realized my treatment made barely a difference to me. That said, I would probably come back once a year to touch up.

She walked me through the entire process, and was very informative regarding what was going to happen to my teeth and the products that would be used. I'm very health conscious and try to put the best things in my body so if that reminds you of yourself, this is the place for you. The products are high quality and are completely organic and vegan! Her studio is so stylish and she keeps you entertained while the laser is working its magic with music and/or TV and good conversation. I have been very pleased with Dr. Shreeve and his entire staff!…read more Dr. Shreeve has a very calm and caring demeanor about him. He listens to you and responds accordingly. When I had to have my root canal done, he made sure I was completely numb (and his numbing itself was almost painless), and that I was doing okay throughout. He even had his staff follow up with me the next day! Never had that after a root canal from any dentist! He thought he might have to do extra (aka more expensive procedures) twice and did not. This is how I come to believe he's an honest dentist. I don't fear my future procedure with him, and that matters a great deal to me! Tammy, the hygienist is also fantastic. I despise having my teeth cleaned and this was by far the easiest one yet (and I was way past due...so extra work for her.). She kept me out of pain and was very careful and listened as well. I very impressed. Plus, my teeth felt sooo clean when she was done!!!! Tasha, at the front desk, is so easy to work with when it comes to scheduling. I LOVE that I can text her, instead of call!!!! She's accommodating and doesn't get frustrated with my difficult schedule either! Courtney is super sweet too! She listens and makes everything easier. She is aware of what Dr. Shrieve needs, which allows him to get done what he needs quicker (which is always nice). She's very easy to work with and very likable. Overall, I've yet to find anything I dislike about this office. Now going to the dentist isn't a fun event for anyone I'm sure, so having one you trust is key.
