This will be a long review as to explain the amount that Brandon has done for me would be hard to explain in a small paragraph. I have dealt with dental issues all growing up. My family all has had issues and a lot of it is genetic issues. I use to get anxiety going to the dentist. When I started seeing Brandon 8 years ago he was great at explaining things and making me feel comfortable. I started doing routine dental care because I now wasn't having the anxiety about going in because I could see how much he was helping me. My jaw has never sat correctly with my jaw alignment causing all the pressure to be on my front teeth. Which in turn caused extreme damage and loss of length on my front teeth. Brandon was so patient and thorough through the whole process of helping me decide what to do with my bite. In my pictures I will add to this review, you will see how much my teeth had been damaged over the years with the constant pressure being applied to my front teeth and what Brandon was able to do to create a beautiful smile and set me up in the future with a more stable bite. Brandon was able to do 12 crowns on the top to help build up the back of my teeth and make a more unified smile. Since having them done I have had minimal pain and almost forget that I had them done when I'm even eating. Brandon was very Thorough and he is a perfectionist with his work. I have heard on multiple occasions since having my teeth finished how amazing and natural they look. Most of the time they don't even know what's different which goes to show how natural they look. I love that he made them look so natural. I have had other people reaching out to see where I had my teeth done because they look so natural. Dr. Van Dyke filled a cavity for me last year that has caused me a year of pain. I noticed a new pain in the area as soon as the numbing wore off and notified the office. I was told it was just an unhappy nerve and sent home with new toothpaste. The pain persisted and I brought it back up with Van Dyke and Goates at my next 2 cleaning appointments. I was sent home both times and told there was nothing they could do. I finally got an outside opinion and discovered the filling was lifted on one side and needed redone. The filling had been needing repair since it was put in my mouth and I spent the year in pain every time I flossed or chewed. On top of that, I was told a crown now had to be put on the tooth. I tried to schedule this with Precision, but Dr. Goates was out of office due to medical reasons and I refused to let Van Dyke touch my mouth again. She's operated on me twice and I've had complications both times. After being rescheduled on numerous times I was finally referred to their sister office who took care of me, but Precision continues to refuse to cover these services to correct Van Dyke's mistake. I put too much trust in these two dentists and regret not reaching out to get another opinion sooner. Hopefully my review can help others from experiencing the same pain, suffering & negligence that I have. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere for dental services, especially if you are a person of color.

When I had to have my root canal done, he made sure I was completely numb (and his numbing itself was almost painless), and that I was doing okay throughout. He even had his staff follow up with me the next day! Never had that after a root canal from any dentist! He thought he might have to do extra (aka more expensive procedures) twice and did not. This is how I come to believe he's an honest dentist. I don't fear my future procedure with him, and that matters a great deal to me! Tammy, the hygienist is also fantastic. I despise having my teeth cleaned and this was by far the easiest one yet (and I was way past due...so extra work for her.). She kept me out of pain and was very careful and listened as well. I very impressed. Plus, my teeth felt sooo clean when she was done!!!! Tasha, at the front desk, is so easy to work with when it comes to scheduling. I LOVE that I can text her, instead of call!!!! She's accommodating and doesn't get frustrated with my difficult schedule either! Courtney is super sweet too! She listens and makes everything easier. She is aware of what Dr. Shrieve needs, which allows him to get done what he needs quicker (which is always nice). She's very easy to work with and very likable. Overall, I've yet to find anything I dislike about this office. Now going to the dentist isn't a fun event for anyone I'm sure, so having one you trust is key.
