Dave Bongero was a pleasure to work with, he was honest and respectful of my wants and needs of the project when he quoted it. My job was not for the average company, it was truly a job for a construction crew that was ready to handle any surprises if need be. I had several construction companies come out to give me a quote, and some were so ridiculous that I believe that they just weren't up for the job... I have a unique older home, and I knew I needed a knowledgeable and experienced crew that would not freak out if something went wrong, and overcharge me if it did. Gary Bongero's penitence and skill got us through some crazy unfortunate problems that happen sometimes. These unexpected issues scared the heck out of me and being a woman you can only imagine my emotions flaring LOL. Gary's calming words and solutions made me trust his ideas and conclusions to handle the problem. This long-time family-owned company takes so much pride in their work, from their professionalism, common sense, and true understanding of what you need, and what they do is truly uncommon these days. I know that Bongero's can do any job, and the BEST part is you can trust them... I LOVE family-owned companies, and especially this one - Not only the crew but the exceptional young lady named Alexa who handles all the business details at the office

Someone was always available to answer any questions and make suggestions if needed. We will definitely be using them again in the future.

We are very pleased with the results and recommend this team to anyone looking for a contractor. My fiancé is a former contractor himself, so we are well able to evaluate the service received, and it was great. Our projects came in as quoted, and everyone was respectful, hard working and helpful. If you are looking for a contractor, give them a call.

We let them know that we needed the driveway done and cured before that date so we could use a wheelchair on it . They were here the next day to take out the old concrete and prepare it for the new. These guys really knew their stuff and they worked long and hard and did an absolutely stellar job. Communication with Michigan Rose Construction was great. I needed full demo of the back part of my home, a rat wall on the exterior wall, waterproofing, regrading, and reconstruction (insulation, drywall, paint, floors, etc.). Every other contractor didn't seem to grasp the complexities of the work I was trying to get quoted, but I could tell James completely understood and listened to me. His price was also very fair. I have contacted them about the warranty and company failed to respond even after a certified letter. We have video and photo evidence that shows complete damage to our property, even after they attempted to resolve an issue. The Flooring Company sent out a cleaning crew and painter to attempt to resolve some issue, which ultimately failed. There are numerous soft spots throughout the floors, confirmed by numerous contractors after installation. We aren't asking for perfection but a professional job after spending over $25,000 for flooring. Your business practices we have experienced has been deceptive and unprofessional. UPDATE: Owner sent me an email asking to remove my bad review or he will pursue legal action. Watch out! Deceitful! The photos reflect the condition of which The Flooring Company LLC left my property in after they completed the job. I had to complain and push to get a cleaning crew which was ineffective (I had to spend $400 to get a cleaning crew to come out after The Flooring Company LLC's cleaning crew "cleaned" the property). Additionally, The Flooring Company LLC hired a painter to patch the damage to my walls, which did a poor job. Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional company. I'm looking forward to The Flooring Company LLC to post the final images and videos of their flooring at my property--which would be downright embarrassing for their company. See you in court very soon!
