Sweet, personable, and got my blood drawn the first time and quickly without hurting me. I arrived right on time for my appointment and was taken back straight away, and back out the door less than 5 minutes later. Most of my visits usually go like this. This is great when fasting and ready to go and get my food and coffee! It's also located in a busy parking lot right next to Target which is convenient. My only critique is that there is no person up front to speak to, so if you have a question or need to use the restroom you have to attack the person who is calling the next victim, er, I mean patient. But there is a screen showing how many people are ahead of you and next which is nice. And they don't have the full name for PHI purposes. I will continue to come here for the foreseeable future!

Feeling anxious about being tested for medical problems in the first place, I probably should have asked for more info or put up more of a fight but I just went with it. I was already anxious and was not wanting to be seen as one of those crazy, annoying customers that customer service so often has to put up with. Lesson learned, I will put up more of a fight next time. And lesson to all, YOU DO NOT HAVE TO GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD. Also please note per attached email that they see nothing wrong in just charging your card and to get your billing info from your insurance company. In what world is that ok? "Charge card first, you can ask another company questions later" seems to be Labcorp's motto. I guarantee there will be a class action lawsuit about this, and I will gladly take part.

I arrived for my scheduled appointment only to find out that I wasn't even on the schedule. No one called or notified me in advance that my visit wouldn't happen. I wasted my time coming here for nothing. This level of disorganization is unacceptable, especially in a medical facility where patients rely on timely and professional care. I hope management takes these issues seriously and improves communication, scheduling, and patient care so others don't have to go through the same experience.

I got to Quest this morning at 7:30 for a 7:40 appointment. I have blood work done every four…read moremonths, and during my last visit the technician took my prescriptions, scanned them in, and told me they now had them on file, so I wouldn't need to bring the physical paperwork again. When I got there today, they said they did not have my prescriptions on file. I explained what I had been told, and I had a copy at home and said go back and get it. At this point I was starving since I had to fast before the blood work. Instead of focusing on helping me and finding the scanned paperwork, the staff seemed more concerned with who had told me I didn't need the paperwork. That visit was four months ago, I don't remember the technician's name, and it's concerning that they don't have a record of who performed my last blood work. Unfortunately, Quest is one of the few options available when you need routine blood work. Going forward, I'll make sure to write down the technician's name and bring a physical copy of all prescriptions with me, even if I'm something else.

It feels as though candidates are being kept as a backup plan instead of being treated with the respect they deserve. Turned out nothing to be serious and it was just a cyst and fibroid. Glad I got it checked and tested by getting these tests done. The technician was excellent. She was gentle and good in communication. She told me exactly what she was doing etc. Side Note- They offer drinks if you need them after your tests. Now I understand doing routine screening for new patients.. but gonorrhea! I can understand HIV because it can be contracted through blood but I am over 40 years old and I have never had gonorrhea.. "But most importantly" I have never once been given a lab to get checked for gonorrhea and I "AM" sexually active, my daughter specified she's had these symptoms for years, so who could go for years living with gonorrhea without dying?? I guess she is trying to prove my daughter is not a virgin with all of the std labs. I think it's a disgrace and very disrespectful to send a young female with all those std labs to be tested, it had to be embarrassing for my daughter, my daughter is in fact NOT sexually active, and never has been. and I don't appreciate her being made mockery of. maybe once T see all the sexual transmitted disease labs come back negative maybe she can test my daughter for what really could be wrong with her like mold exposure or some other infection like Sibo that is making her feel unhealthy.

Outstanding Emergency Care at West Boca Medical Center…read more I recently visited the Emergency Room at West Boca Medical Center, 21644 State Road 7, Boca Raton, with a serious thumb injury. I want to thank Dr. Mark Khilnani, MD, Ivan, Joe, Ryan, Jenny, and the entire ER team for the exceptional care I received. What impressed me most was the speed and efficiency of the care. There was virtually no waiting. Within minutes of arriving, I was brought in, evaluated, sent for X-rays, had blood work completed, and received treatment for my injury. The staff worked together like a well-coordinated team, and everything moved quickly without ever making me feel rushed. My wound was carefully cleaned, examined, and treated. The team stitched me up, managed my pain, and most importantly, saved my thumb. Throughout the entire process, everyone was professional, compassionate, reassuring, and highly skilled. What could have been a very stressful experience turned into one where I felt confident I was receiving excellent care. I was especially impressed by how pain-free the treatment was. From the cleaning of the wound to the stitches, the staff took their time, explained everything, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. My only suggestion for improvement involves the billing process. While dealing with an injury and completing numerous forms on a tablet, I later noticed a credit card charge that I did not specifically remember authorizing. There may have been information contained within the electronic paperwork, but I believe payment authorizations could be explained more clearly to patients during emergency situations. That said, the quality of the medical care I received was outstanding. The fast response, excellent treatment, professionalism, and successful outcome are what I will remember most.
