The buffet is available on weekends (I believe from 11 AM to 2 PM) and offers a nice selection of flavorful dishes, along with free drinks! You can also order items from the regular menu that aren't included in the buffet. I ordered samosas to compliment the meal I was having with my brother, and they were delicious. The staff is friendly and attentive, and they do a great job keeping the buffet stocked. Whenever a tray started running low, fresh food appeared almost immediately. That attention to detail made the experience feel well-managed and welcoming. The atmosphere is another plus. The newer buffet area gives the restaurant a unique feel, but traditional indoor seating is also available if you prefer. Overall, Flavor of India offers a great combination of variety, service, and atmosphere.

This exceptional establishment has become my go-to destination for experiencing the genuine flavors and aromas that transport me back to cherished memories of home-cooked meals from years past. I discovered Flavor of India several years ago, and since that initial visit, I have never once been disappointed--not with the food, not with the service, and not with the overall experience. What makes this restaurant truly special is the remarkable consistency they maintain. Every time I walk through their doors, I know I'm in for an authentic culinary journey that honors traditional North Indian cooking methods and recipes. The heart and soul of Flavor of India are undoubtedly Pawan and Gurudev, the dedicated staff members who don't just serve customers--they welcome guests like family. Their warm hospitality creates an atmosphere that goes far beyond a typical dining experience. They remember regular customers, take time to explain dishes, make thoughtful recommendations, and genuinely care about ensuring everyone feels comfortable and well-cared-for. This personal touch transforms a simple meal into something meaningful and memorable. The restaurant's physical space itself contributes significantly to the overall ambiance. Abundant natural light floods the dining area, creating a bright, welcoming environment that feels both refreshing and inviting. Unlike dimly lit restaurants where you strain to see your food, Flavor of India's well-lit space allows you to fully appreciate the vibrant colors of the dishes--the rich reds of tandoori preparations, the golden hues of curries, and the fresh greens of chutneys and garnishes. Adding another layer to the sensory experience, the restaurant often plays bhajans--devotional songs that provide a spiritual and cultural soundtrack to your meal. These traditional hymns are a true blessing, creating an atmosphere that feels authentically connected to Indian culture and heritage. The combination of soulful music with the aromatic spices wafting from the kitchen creates a multisensory experience that engages not just your taste buds but your entire being. Whether you're seeking the comfort of familiar childhood flavors or exploring North Indian cuisine for the first time, Flavor of India delivers on every front. The authenticity of the food, the warmth of the staff, the inviting atmosphere, and the thoughtful cultural touches all combine to create a dining experience that nourishes both body and soul. This is more than just a restaurant--it's a place where tradition, hospitality, and exceptional food come together perfectly.

We have our favorites from their menu but they host a variety of curries, proteins, and small bites/street eats. Panipuri - crispy balls ready to be loaded up with lentils, delicious fillings and sauces, these mouthfuls are great for starters but you'll find yourself eating these throughout the meal not only because you're hungry but also because you just can't get enough of them. Samosas - hearty fried dumplings packed with potatoes that are perfect for eating on the go. Great by itself or with sauces and curry, these hot pockets are a burst of flavor that will stuff you up. Goat curry - full of flavor and a bit on the spicy end for those sensitive to capsaicin. Pair with naan or rice and you'll be golden, from the tastes you'll be experience as well as the heat! Butter paneer/chicken - the sweetness of the curry is subtle but the creaminess is what will win you over. Smothered over chicken or paneer, this is a delicious palate pleaser. Biryani - solid staple, flavorful and cooked perfectly. Great by itself or paired with some curry or a grilled entree. Salmon - delicious but a bit overcooked for my liking but in a pinch, omega-3s can be supplemented in this meal. Overall, Phulkari satisfies our craving for Indian curry any day and it's great knowing that the experience will consistently be a good one anytime those cravings come up. We haven't had a chance to dine in but would welcome the opportunity to visit for a sit down. For now, they're still our go-to for Indian cuisine when we are in the area. Unsure of where you'll end up settling for food or not having the time or space to cook an elaborate meal packed with flavors and aromas? Phulkari pulls through as the restaurant of choice!

Everything coming off there was fresh and had that smoky flavor you don't usually get at buffets. We went for the Saturday all you can eat option and it was actually a solid deal. Plenty of choices, and they kept everything stocked so nothing felt picked over. I liked that the food tasted fresh, not like it had been sitting. I've also tried their lamb chops buffet Friday before, and that's honestly the reason I came back. The lamb chops were juicy, well-seasoned, and didn't have that dry texture you sometimes get. Service was chill and friendly, nothing over the top but they made sure we were good. Overall, good food, good portions, and worth it if you're hungry and want variety.

Beware of the dishonest coupon promotions…read more I actually like the food, but my experience with this restaurant's business practices was terrible. I have now received the same "20% OFF your entire order" promotion multiple times. The email contains a "CLAIM 20% OFF NOW!" button that directs customers to their online ordering platform, clearly implying that the coupon can be redeemed online. The coupon does not work online. When I called, I was told they would only honor the discount if I ordered in person. After I ordered, I discovered that the in-person menu prices were noticeably higher than the online prices. Then what worse? We were kept waiting for about 40 minutes, and the staff was RUDE and dismissive. After comparing the prices, the advertised 20% discount worked out to be only about 5%. A 5% discount is definitely not worth a 40-minute wait and the attitude! This was not a one-time mistake. I recently received the exact same promotion again, tried it again, and once again the coupon did not work online. At this point, I have lost trust in this restaurant's practice. I believe it is a distasteful tactic to get customers committed before they discover the reality. The coupon doesn't work online, so you're told to drive to the restaurant instead. Only after arriving and ordering do you realize the in-person menu prices are higher than the online prices. By then, you've already spent the time and effort to get there. The food is not bad, but given what they did and given how RUDE (getting worse actually) they are! I will no longer be returning nor recommending them to others after 6 yrs. ordering from them!

We chatted about how I like Curry Chicken, and the gentleman offered me a taste of his Curry Chicken. OMG, the curry flavor was so mild, it lacked any flavor. I said no thank you, and didn't try their food. I then looked over their sesame and almond cookies, and found several with expired dates. The clerk thanked me for bringing the expired products to his attention. So if you buy anything here, check the expiration dates.
