My visit here was recommended from a close friend. Once inside the restaurant, I can see the young woman behind the counter rushing to take orders from both the phone and walk-Ins. After bringing out the pizzas to the customers, she showed them the pizza which helped prevent any discrepancies. My order was ready quickly and the cost was very economical. One of the employees offered to help me to the car which made things very easy for me. As for the pizza - just phenomenal. Great flavor and just right for the price. What a nice place! I've never been there before but I had to pick up a pizza for someone else. The man asked me if I liked pepperoni and bell pepper. I said yes of course. Honestly, Antonious is the best pizza place in all of SoCal. It has the authenticity and taste of homemade with the consistency and professionalism of a chain restaurant. My family only goes here for pizza. The people are friendly and efficient. We come so regularly my cousin knows the owner. Lovely man. Always welcomes my family whenever we stop by. You are literally in and out in only a couple of minutes. The time it takes us to drive over, the pizza is usually ready. It's affordable and great quality. It may not be as cheap as $5 Little Caesar's but for like a dollar more your not eating cardboard with fake cheese. So as far as I'm concerned. It's and even trade off. Dollar more=1000% spike in quality. I've taken their pizza to my friends at parties and I've always gotten asked where the pizza came from because it's the best they have ever had. We ordered $60 dollars of pizza and hot wings last night from Antonious Pizza on Indiana in Riverside. Door Dash was to deliver. We received the wrong order.. We called Antonious pizza to see how we should handle the situation. The girl who answered the phone immediately became angry and hostile. She screamed "hey lady, that's not my problem!" Then she hung up on us. We tried calling back but was again hung up on. The next day we called and spoke to the manager. He pretended to not understand our complaint. He then pretended not to be the manager. When I explained that the wrong order wasn't the actual issue. We know these things happen,that the issue was the disrespectful employee ..After 20 minutes he finally agreed to talk to the employee ,and promised to call us back. He never called back. Not hard to understand why his employees are so customer unfriendly and unprofessional. Bad business starts at the top. We've spent a lot of money with this business ( Antonious Pizza,)over the years,they're not cheap. Fortunately there are a lot of decent Pizza shops in this area to choose from. we will never use them again. In addition ,we'll be warning all of our friends and family against dealing with these people . Facebook & Snapchat are great tools to use when there are people who need to know who not to shop with. World of difference between this spot and Antonious Pizza CAFE by the Mission Inn. So disappointing. Dry spaghetti because of the tiny scoop of sauce given along with the frozen meatball type (to each his own, but these to me don't absorb the sauce flavor and their own flavor isn't good and overpowering so yea, yuck).
