This is a food truck located on the corner of a lot with about 5-6 parking spots. There is shaded outdoor seating with three tables. I stopped by to try what they're apparently best known for: their birria tacos. They have a birria taco special for $8.50 which includes two tacos, rice, and beans, but if you don't want the rice and beans you can order a single birria taco for $3.50 each. I got two of those as well as three normal tacos ($1.75 each) with one of adobada, asada, and carnitas. Between these three my favorite was the adobada as it was the most flavorful, then the carnitas, then the asada. However the two sauces (green and red) added a lot of spice and flavor. The red sauce was a lot spicier and went well with the adobada and asada and the green sauce went well with the carnitas. My favorite of the four different tacos were definitely the birria tacos which had so much more flavor than the others. Between the cheesy goodness and the consomme they were delicious. If you stop here you definitely have to get those.

Antonio's is a hidden gem -- comforting, flavorful Mexican home cooking served straight out of a groovy truck. Super tasty and full of heart.

Why did I not try this food truck sooner?!? My daughter wanted tacos and I found Antonio's because I was looking to try Birrara tacos after the first time I did wasn't a great success. The birrara tacos at Antonio's Kitchen are DELICIOUS! I've been craving them everyday since. The street tacos were good as well, but I'll be going back mainly for their Birrara tacos! Definitely worth checking out. Prices are reasonable and the wait was normal.

Antonio's Kitchen is the spot in Boise to get the popular food trend: Birria Tacos! There was a time on the internet that I couldn't go an hour without seeing street tacos being dipped in consomè on my timeline. For so long I would be craving something I hadn't even tried before!! I did end up trying it once before on a trip to Austin, but I was even more excited to have found a spot in Idaho that serves up Birria tacos and burritos! The location of this food truck is in a really cute area off of Ustick- near the old "First Bank of H.P. Ustick". Antonio's has a big vintage-looking marquee sign to look out for when driving. There's a big parking lot and a covered seating area. I also loved that we were given a buzzer so we could wait in our car after ordering. What we ordered (for 3)- 2 Birria tacos specials that came with 2 birria tacos each, sides of beans and rice and the consommé. 1 birria burrito which also came with a side of the beans and rice and consommé, when we ordered it was mentioned that the sauce in the burrito was extra spicy. We also ordered 3 chicharron and 3 abodabo tacos Everything was so fricking delicious!! You can tell that it is all made fresh to order- you have to try this spot!

We recently discovered birria and after doing some research, decided to give Antonio's birria tacos a try. We drove from Nampa to Boise on a Saturday just to try it out. The food definitely did not disappoint. It was so tasty and the service was just as good. Loved the consommé as well. We will definitely be going back.

This little taco truck gets BUSY - And for good reason! Antonio's has the best Birria I have had, and my husband is quite fond of the Birria Ramen! The chicken tacos are really good, too, as well as the beans and rice that come with the combos. I love that everything is made fresh and with high-quality ingredients! The covered waiting/dining area is really great, and there's pagers that let you know when your food is done. It is located on a busy road, so you have the vehicle bouse when you're waiting, but the wait usually isn't long. The outdoor seating area is very cute. I am always greeted with a smile from a very kind man, so it is safe to say the food isn't the only reason I keep going back. The service makes it even better, if that is even possible! read more

One of the best tacos I've had around Boise area! I do think Boise/ Meridian has pretty good Mexican food options in comparison to other cultural cuisines but even considering that I thought it was very good. I was craving birria tacos which doesn't seem to be offered commonly around here. Their birria taco combo comes with two birria tacos that are properly slightly crispy with rice and beans--yum! I actually thought their consommé is not as greasy or thick as I've seen before which I may prefer?? Maybe. But anyway to say it's not saying good or bad just an observation. I came here yesterday after seeing all of the great reviews, and was not disappointed! Super friendly service. I got the birria burrito with an extra side of consume and it was so delicious I drank the rest of the broth when I was done. Everything was amazing, next time I'm going to try the tacos. Delicious Mexican food, to go, is hard to find in the treasure valley. Look no further! The owner is very nice! The tacos are on point! Highly recommend. I ate my food too fast to take a picture. It's a food truck so be prepared to eat under a large tented area or take to go. read more

Excuse the low quality photo, I was in a rush to eat the amazing tacos!! Sooo good, exceeded and met my expectations. Generous portions and delicious authentic flavors. I loved the birria and consume in the cup for me to dip my tacos in. They fulfilled my order in about 20 minutes because there were a few ahead but it was worth the wait. I've driven by Antonio's cool food truck at least 30 times before & today was the 1st time I've ever stopped! My 3 sons & I decided to pick up dinner for our family of 6 so we ordered 2 Birria Taco Specials, 2 Carne Asada Platters, 1 Birria Ramen, & 3 chicken & carnitas tacos. I've read the other Yelp reviews so I've been dying to try the Birria tacos dipped in magical broth...and they were SO SO incredibly good!! Thank God we ordered 2 platters because I was not about to share mine! My boys loved their tacos & carne asada & the warm guacamole was especially delicious!! I was excited when we saw Birria Ramen on the menu for my non-street-taco eating (hard to imagine, I know) & he absolutely loved it! He also asked if we can go again this weekend? My daughter got a double onion burger, my husband the single cheeseburger and I got a bunless double Hood burger. My husband did order a grilled cheese last minute. He's a huge grilled cheese lover so of course he had to check it out. We were the last family to get our order in so by the time we got our food, the other three families were ready for boxes. We did get our grilled cheese first. Not going to lie, as hot and fresh as it was, our bun over overly charred. I understand that a grilled cheese would have a crispy sides to it but the top and bottom of the bun was black. As an adult, we ate part of it but if I were to give this to a kid, you know that kid isn't going to eat it. We ate a third of it and basically tossed it. It wasn't the cheapest grilled cheese so it sucked not enjoying the whole thing. I had asked the chef to make sure that my burger patties were well well well done. With my new kidney, I can't have my meat not fully cooked. She ensured me that they cook all their burgers well done so I didn't need to request it. Well, unfortunately parts of my burger patties were still pink despite of asking for them to be well done. I did enjoy the edges of my burger patties. The sauce, onions and cheese were so tasty on it! I had to eat around the lettuce after forgetting to tell them I can't have it. Overall, The parts of the burger I had were good. The bun on my husband's burger was night and day compared to the grilled cheese. He very much enjoyed his burger. My daughter ate about half and plans on polishing the rest tomorrow. We paid close to 75 bucks to have a burnt grilled cheese and a couple of burger patties that weren't fully cooked. It's cool I got to mark them off my to go list. But, paying that much and not being able to eat all your food is something I don't want to do again. If we ever come back, maybe I'll hit this joint up or I might just find another joint to eat at while kickin it the Bruery.

Portion sizes are generous and the price is a great value for how much food you get. I honestly thought there was no way I could finish mine, but I devoured the whole thing without hesitation. The ladies working in the truck were very friendly and upbeat, which made the experience even better. If you see this truck, definitely stop and order the tots.
