I did have a bunch of their sauces and salsas. None really stood out except their green sauce, which was used sporadically. Birria Tacos - These were very good. The consommé was flavorful, while the beef was tender. The tortilla was crisp too even with the consommé added. Elote Corn - This was rather plain. There was only a crema and cotija cheese present. It seemed like chili powder was supposed to be added, but I did not taste or see any. The corn could have been cooked a little better too. Guacamole - This was tasty. It appeared fresh and paired well with the chips given. I really liked the texture of it too. Chicken Flautas - These were deep fried tortillas with chicken, sour cream, lettuce, and cotija cheese I believe. These were solid. The chicken could have been seasoned a little more, but the tortillas were crisp and held up. Choriqueso Con Tortillas Tostadas - This was melted jack and Oaxacan cheese topped with Mexican chorizo over toasted nixtamal homemade corn tortillas. The cheese and chorizo was excellent, with lots of flavor. It did not look the best but tasted good. The corn tortilla was either old and stale or just fried way too long as it was very tough to chew. It could have made for a great bite. Will I go back? Debatable.

The restaurant was open on Sunday at 9, which is late in the Red Bank area. I had huitlacoche…read morequesadillas which was my first time. It was similar to mushroom in flavor. The restaurant is cute painted with murals. They are a byob establishment. I had a fresh watermelon juice, not sure, but I think it had sugar added. It was so large I requested a Togo cup to take the rest home. My friend had the divorciados chiliquillas they were good, but the eggs were cooked well. We would have preferred runny yolks. Definitely will go back.

holy crap. my family and i have been searching for a good mexican restaurant for awhile now! this…read moreplace was awesome. first of all, the presentation was great--all of our food came out looking pristine, pretty, and very appetizing. the dessert plating was the best. i tried the chimichanga, the enchiladas, their fajitas, the tacos, and their chips. everything was delicious. i had the shrimp burrito for my main and it was so filling; the shrimp were huge. it was stuffed with rice and beans, so it definitely was worth the price. it's been hours and i'm still quite full. we asked for extra hot sauce, and their diablo was the best (ask for it)!!! you can sit inside or outside, and they play music so the atmosphere is great. we sat outside; there's a canopy around the outside seating so it's private (not fully out in the open which was appreciated. there's nice lighting, plants, and seating. the service was very friendly and fast! everyone was kind, had no problem explaining the menu, and were accommodating. my favorite thing was the flan. it was creamy, sweet, and also super filling. the tres leches, however, was SOAKED. oh my god, i recommend it--the desserts were amazing. i have never been so full in my life. this is now our go-to spot! please show this place some love! the menu is very vast, organized, and there's so many interesting choices to choose from. definitely come here!!!!

Nice looking and casual restaurant located in a great strip mall with plenty of parking. Many of…read morethe businesses or food establishments are open only during the day which leaves more spaces and less crowds for the evening. This restaurant was rated well and I thought what could go wrong? Although, service was fine there is a language barrier so I don't know what the dip with the chips was and it's definitely not the usual salsa. I had a salad delivered and it's a very simple salad with French dressing. I wish they jazzed it up with a poblano dressing or something in theme. My tostadas came with another bowl and I don't know what it was. My tostadas were bland and dry then suddenly a small amount of sauce appeared on the right side of my tostada. I wish it was on the whole tostada to take away the dryness. The dish came with potatoes which tasted fine but were so greasy. My husband ordered the trio fajita and wasn't impressed. He said his meal was tasteless and overall we weren't impressed. Unfortunately, we won't be going back.

The tea law are set with table cloths and dinner wear and the staff are in slacks and vests. The two gentlemen serving us were excellent, very classy and professional. The menu has Spanish and Mexican cuisine. They have a wide variety from street tacos to Spanish entrees. I had the beef torta and the Mrs had a shrimp burrito. The food was outstanding and the portions were ample. Costs are fair. I believe it's BYO so bring won't libations and leave the rest to these guys.
