I even asked the kid at the counter if they added the extra I paid for, he said yes. As I'm eating it, I can tell there is ZERO extra amount. 2 weeks ago I was there and I added cocoa nibs. She said "that bowl doesn't come with that" I said I know l, but I paid to have it added! She went thru the receipt to check and sure enough, she charged me for them and didn't add them. No sorrry or anything. I was literally the only guest in there so how could she forget the one order??? The week before that the same girl shorted my change back by $1. I used the self-service touchscreen to order, but a staff member checked in to make sure I didn't have any questions, which was very thoughtful. The place itself is spacious, clean, and bright. The menu is simple and easy to understand, and I like that you can build your own drink. I ordered a classic milk tea with coffee jelly, 25% sugar, and less ice. Unfortunately, the drink was about a 4/10 for me. It didn't have much tea flavor and tasted pretty watery. I was hoping for a stronger tea taste, and even at 25% sugar, it was still quite sweet. That said, the service really stood out. I asked them to double-check the sugar level because it tasted so sweet, and they kindly offered to add more tea to my drink. Everyone was very nice and accommodating. Overall, unless I'm really craving tea with boba or toppings, I'm not sure if I would come back, but the service is definitely a 10/10.

But we got our drink to go for our road trip. Plenty of mall parking, way safer than the parking near Costco! Service - Counter service. Price - $9; because she added boba. Expensive, but seems like the going rate for boba now. Owner Comment - Congrats on your success at this location since 2023 and your company (franchise) success with so many locations.
