It's the perfect combination of refreshing and spicy, and they use the dark sauce (salsa negra) which is my favorite style. The tortillas were super fresh and the meat was perfectly grilled. I love that many of the trucks here use handmade tortillas. They often have music playing, and the bar has some excellent drinks as well. There's also a dessert truck (Churroteka) where you can purchase churro to finish off your delicious meal.

The pork ribs were awesome! The meat was so tender with a nice char. The extra BBQ sauce on the side was delicious. I chose the regular BBQ sauce but they also had a spicy one , too. I asked for two sides of baked beans and they were the best baked beans I've ever had...so flavorful with a little spicy kick. I can't wait to ask my friends where Camacho's will be at next to enjoy more delicious BBQ :)

There are so many ingredients that are smothered in various salsas it's impossible to see what you're eating. Tacos are so overloaded that unless you are a magician it's impossible to eat the thing in hand without dropping half of the contents. I know, it's not really a problem because you do get a plastic fork. Three tacos for $16 seems a bit steep. Relax, it is a full meal that even this hungry man with a canine appetite was satisfied upon completion. Are there better fish / seafood tacos in Santa Rosa? I haven't discovered any. Located on exceptionally noisy Sebastopol road in the heart of "downtown" Roseville. Ambiance is loud and the eating area is kind'a grimy. Though kudos to the vendors who have clean up crews who cruise the picnic tent. Glad that I tried the place. Doubt that I'll ever go back.
