Parking can be quite tricky - I left my car in Downtown Santa Rosa and walked down about 15 minutes to the food park. Among the two food trucks I was able to try out, El Cora was definitely my favorite. They had a lot of tempting seafood dishes on the menu and the gentleman who was taking orders was very friendly and helpful, explaining different dishes and helping me choose. I went with the fish ceviche tostada and a shrimp taco (taco gobernador) for my Sunday lunch order. They accept both cash and cards. I paid via card and later noticed a small charge for credit card payments - wish they communicated this beforehand. The food did take quite a while to come out, but it was worth the wait. The shrimp taco was okay but they unfortunately skimped on the shrimp, plus I didn't really care for the queso/sauce they doused on top. The fish ceviche on a tostada was however the stuff of dreams - fresh, citrusy, flavorful ceviche topped with creamy avocado and you get to scoop it up with the crunchy tostada. Do get the ceviche if you're eating here; feel free to skip the shrimp taco. Overall, I loved the vibe of this food park and would love to return to both this food truck and the food park more generally.

Service is good! Had plenty of staff check in on me and make sure everything was going well. Pastrami taco was really good! Surprised to see it paired with kimchi but a pleasant surprise and gave me a bit of kbbq vibes. I'm Korean so I think the kimchi could have more bite or be more fermented but it's totally fine. Korean chicken thigh taco also super good. I think it'd be better to have this taco and the pastrami one switch their veggies but the usual black eyed pea slaw with the chicken was great too. Spicy crema could be spicier but that's personal preference and still went with the chicken great. I think the pastrami taco came out on top just by a smidge so I even ordered one more before grabbing my bill. This last taco came a little slower than the others but I wasn't in a rush. Definitely recommend asking for more slaw and kimchi to go with your tacos and make them loadeddd! I'll try to be back to try their larger plates!

So i said, they better have great food! Our server tho made us very special and was very cheerful, attentive and friendly! We ordered steak (must!) with blue cheese butter and steak sauce on the side. Mac And cheese, so asparagus, mussels which I loved so much! We split everything! Then our cocktails were so refreshing and i had a 2nd one! After that I ordered the cheese cake for dessert and my husband was full. But since its his bday they gave him a special ice cream with candle to blow. We enjoyed our dinner and everything was delicious! We will definitely go back!

The oysters were pristine and briny, and the martini, properly chilled and balanced, set a confident tone. The bar staff were polished, attentive, and engaging without ever being intrusive. Once seated, the experience continued seamlessly. We selected seared scallops and butterfish, complemented by a range of classic sides, baked potato, etc. The scallops were expertly executed, caramelized to a delicate crust while maintaining a tender, almost buttery interior. The butterfish lived up to its name, rich and silky, with a depth of flavor that lingered pleasantly. What stood out most was the cohesion of the dishes. The sauces, in particular, were layered and thoughtfully composed. They were so compelling that, by the end of the meal, we found ourselves savoring every last drop with bread, unwilling to leave anything behind, all while enjoying a steady cadence of well-crafted martinis. Service throughout was seamless and professional, striking the right balance between attentiveness and restraint. The atmosphere carried a lively yet refined energy, well-suited for both intimate dinners and celebratory evenings. Starks delivers a dining experience that is both polished and indulgent, one that justifies a deliberate visit rather than a casual stop.
