Campechana "Seafood tower". With octopus, scallops, tuna, and chopped white fish at the bottom.

Had the Campenchana "Seafood tower". So good! Split it with another person. It's a fair amount of food. All the seafood was fresh and tasty. I highly recommend.

Mitote has moved locations on Sebastopol Rd. With so many taco trucks and food choices, I feel like you can't go wrong with any one of them at Mitote! I ended up at Mariscos El Cora on a Sunday afternoon. Ordered 2 shrimp and 2 fish tacos. The wait is a bit but everything is made fresh, delicious seafood, hint of spice. They layer on the condiments pretty well so even though they're street tacos, you get a lot of toppings with the meats. Love Mitote food park for bringing the best food trucks together in one place!

BEST OF THE BEST.. A MUST TRY PLACE!!! Buenisimo!! You have to try this place!!!! Best seafood in the area. I am a seafood enthusiast and it is always super hard to find a good mariscos and a place that makes a good ceviche or cocktails. At first I was not sure ti order from here. I walk up to Marcos (the owner) he was extremely nice and attentive. SEAFOOD TOWER,It's a perfect combination of scallops, ahi tuna, octopus and ceviche. Muy buena opción. TIENES QUE PROBARLO SI O SI!!!!. El mejor lugar para mariscos. Buena cantidad, sabor y calidad. Desde que lo probe como un amante de mariscos tengo que regresar por mas... Marco es muy amable y siempre hace lo posible para darte la mejor atención. LA TORRE DE MARISCOS NO TE VA DEFRAUDAR ES ADICTIVA.!!!!

Best shrimp tacos bar far! Los taco gobernador has me going to Mitote twice a week, and I don't even like sea food.

Fantastic Father's Day meal!!…read more We got seated on the patio with our new Labrador puppy, and Sebastian took excellent care of us. We had one small issue with my kiddo's meal, and Emmy the manager came out personally to our table to make it right!! Amazing service, delicious food, and loving the dog-friendly option!! We will be back soon. :)

A++++++++++++++++++++++…read more Hands down one of the best Mexican places in California. I cannot find this kind of quality and quantity in the East Bay. I ordered 2 carnitas tacos with a side of rice and beans. They gave me enough for three people. I have never seen such a large plate of Mexican food before. Also, they gave me a generous amount of meat. The price of my meal was around $18. While we waited, they served us a big bowl of thin, crispy chips with a side of tasty salsa. I felt quite full after eating these chips. My sister ordered a taco plate too. She gave me some of her taco that had mango bits on top. My husband ordered a taco salad. It was not crowded at all when we visited. Then again, the restaurant was so spacious that it's nearly impossible for it to get too crowded. Besides the food, I enjoyed how they didn't have glass windows. You can see the street clearly and people passing by. I was hesitant to review this restaurant because I don't want it to get so packed that I have to wait one hour to get a seat. If this La Rosa were located in the East Bay, it would get packed fast! I'm glad it's in a city where nobody really visits. You won't regret visiting. I hope to visit again in the near future when I am in the area.

A great casual spot for some tasty mexican food…read more I typically order the carne asada tacos. I like that they are more "street style" type tacos and come with the radishes, onions, and a hot pepper. There is a salsa bar where you can get your own salsa/pickled veggies. The green salsa is my favorite, it's light and refreshing. I also like getting a plate of their refried beans, which are very buttery and pair well with the chips and salsa as a dip.

This review is solely about their billing practices. Their food is great, although it has gotten…read morereally expensive lately. When you're ready to pay, the portable payment terminal shows only the final total, without an itemized breakdown of the charges. If you pay by credit card, a 3% processing fee is added. I have no issue with the fee itself. My problem is that the sales tax is calculated on the total after the fee is added. The credit card fee should have nothing to do with the tax amount. Additionally, the suggested tip amounts are also calculated based on the total that includes both the sales tax and the credit card fee. Most customers expect tip percentages to be based on the pre-tax cost of the food and drinks. As a result, you end up giving a lot higher tip than you intended to. Because the payment screen does not show an itemized bill, it's very difficult to verify the charges or calculate a custom tip unless you remember the exact prices of everything you ordered. I hate when a restaurant's billing practice isn't transparent to customers.
