The service was also good and quick, we called to placed our order for pick up and it was ready when we got there. My one and only complaint is that there was a short black hair under one of the birria tacos and same thing under one of the Al pastor tacos. This is something to be addressed! You cannot be serving food with hairs in it, maybe get hair nets for your cooks plus hats. I would love to go back but finding hairs in your food once your already ate it, is so disgusting.

The meats were all tasty (I loved the lengua and al pastor -so tender, flavorful, and no gnarly cartilage anywhere to be found on any meat). The jimica agua Fresca had rich flavor and not too sweet. The party was from all over the US and I couldn't be happier that they got to taste some legit Mexican street tacos that are above par. Highly recommend El Milagro for dining and for catering. They have only made mistakes on my order 2-3x out of probably 100+ times and when they have they have made it up each time beyond what i would have expected, which is not typical in my experience with food truck types of restaurants. We usually share an order of taquitos and then pick an entree to share. Everything is always prepared fresh and with generous portions. They have a habanero salsa that will knock your socks off--not for the faint of heart! I also LOVE that they have a full bar! Something you don't see too often at the little "mom and pop" restaurants. They also offer breakfast, something we're planning to try in the near future to mix it up from our usual morning spots while keeping the focus on supporting local.
