I was with 4 other people, and one of them was cut 3 or 4 times pretty badly between her finger…read morenails and her toe nails. The one who cut her did not apologize but said she cut her because she was asleep. That was not true. The lady who cut my friend's toes started talking loudly in Russian, like she was mad, but she was not the one who was cut, so we were not understanding her yelling. They only gave her a 10% discount, which was not enough for all the pain, burning, and discomfort my friend was forced to suffer. And a discount had to be asked for. Yet, some lady who did not like her nail color was offered the world!!! smh We were told it is expected to get cut. Really? 4 times? No one explained the possiblity of being injured!! That's not okay at all. We gave them good business, and the treatment received after my friend sustained several cuts was well below subpar!! smh Then I reached out to the owner and shared the photos with him. I received complete silence! Not a good look as a business owner. I'm very angry and disappointed that my friend was mishandled after being cut so many times by these professionals...... So, this is an update: The owner, Aibek called me after seeing the reviews I posted. He never asked how my friend was doing even after I told him that she still experienced bleeding on her cuts a couple of days after receiving services here. He asked what he could do, and then offered 2 free manicures. I didn't know, but he only offered something because he is trying to save his reputation, not because he cares about the clients. This was so selfish to ask me to remove my reviews because it all happened and people need to know, which is the purpose of leaving a review. Aibek is only about saving his reputation, not treating every customer like they matter. Real messed up! This happened 7 days ago, so he was not concerned.

My have were place in a ziplock bag full of drying agent, hazardous acetone. Nothing shorting the skin in my hands. The active was knuckle deep. Then she placed my hands in a bowl with hot towels. I called her out on it and she stated the standard method she's not work. I told her it she's work that's they only eat I've been getting them done. I came in around 10:30 11:00 am and was told to sign in and leave my phone number. She would call me when she was done with the client she was working with. I ended up calling 2 hours later to speak with someone who wasn't even on location. She then tells me to go ahead and go in. I even had to ask her for lotion for my hands bring they had soaked in ACETONE and where very dry. She did put oil around my cuticle but nothing for the ACETONE ON MY SKIN. I will find another nail salon that will be more gentle with my skin and I've that follows basic operating procedures per State licensure requirements. Yes I'm placing a call.
