There is no way just a gel fill should take this long. I had an event to go to for which I was extremely delayed for because of how long it took. Not only did it take forever but the tech did a sloppy job. She was trying to upsell me every step of the way. She had me get "hybrid gel" fill but did not fully know how to put it on. It was lumpy and too thick after I told her I want it to look natural and thin. I also had to have her fix the shape multiple times and even still both hands weren't even. The icing on the cake was the price. After all of that it cost $80 for just a gel fill. This was a one and done for me. Lesson learned..Never again!!

They only gave her a 10% discount, which was not enough for all the pain, burning, and discomfort my friend was forced to suffer. And a discount had to be asked for. Yet, some lady who did not like her nail color was offered the world!!! smh We were told it is expected to get cut. Really? 4 times? No one explained the possiblity of being injured!! That's not okay at all. We gave them good business, and the treatment received after my friend sustained several cuts was well below subpar!! smh Then I reached out to the owner and shared the photos with him. I received complete silence! Not a good look as a business owner. I'm very angry and disappointed that my friend was mishandled after being cut so many times by these professionals...... He never asked how my friend was doing even after I told him that she still experienced bleeding on her cuts a couple of days after receiving services here. He asked what he could do, and then offered 2 free manicures. I didn't know, but he only offered something because he is trying to save his reputation, not because he cares about the clients. This was so selfish to ask me to remove my reviews because it all happened and people need to know, which is the purpose of leaving a review. Aibek is only about saving his reputation, not treating every customer like they matter. Real messed up! This happened 7 days ago, so he was not concerned.

My have were place in a ziplock bag full of drying agent, hazardous acetone. Nothing shorting the skin in my hands. The active was knuckle deep. Then she placed my hands in a bowl with hot towels. I called her out on it and she stated the standard method she's not work. I told her it she's work that's they only eat I've been getting them done. I came in around 10:30 11:00 am and was told to sign in and leave my phone number. She would call me when she was done with the client she was working with. I ended up calling 2 hours later to speak with someone who wasn't even on location. She then tells me to go ahead and go in. I even had to ask her for lotion for my hands bring they had soaked in ACETONE and where very dry. She did put oil around my cuticle but nothing for the ACETONE ON MY SKIN. I will find another nail salon that will be more gentle with my skin and I've that follows basic operating procedures per State licensure requirements. Yes I'm placing a call.
