When I first arrived, the guy with the beard and tattoos asked me to leave the watch behind. He said he needed to look up the instructions. That should've been the first warning, but it was before closing, and I had a meeting. After a week, I had not received any updates. So I called the guy, and I could tell that he hadn't even looked at the watch because he mumbled something and said he'd call back. I got a message on my phone half an hour later; it was him telling me that the watch did not register time. Basically that it was dead. And that they don't replace movements for that watch, which was a G-Shock. When I went to pick up the watch, the guy didn't even know where it was. The floor is littered with boxes filled with plastic bags containing other watches. There doesn't seem to be any kind of storage structure because it took two people about 5 to 10 minutes to finally find the watch. And when I took it out of the bag the thing fell apart and in my hands. The screws weren't even fastened on correctly. So I basically took in a watch with a low battery, still displaying time, and left with a broken paperweight. The guy blamed it on the watch's age, or what not. But this was the first time I had the battery replaced, after five years of flawless functionality. Not anymore. This place receives good reviews, which is why I brought it here in the first place, but I won't return again. The one star is because they didn't charge me for the ordeal.

I had to pay $20 for him to try to find the part the battery goes in. Well, okay. Said he would call me when he had an answer. I've called twice since then. Had my ticket number and everything, but both times folks said they would call me back. Still waiting for a call...from SOMEONE. Bye bye, 20 bucks, methinks.

Four months later,January 20, 2012 I still hear Theresa say "the parts are coming in today" When I told her no, I want my clock back, you have been telling me for 4 months the parts are coming in. She responded ok you can pick it up as it is, it is all apart in pieces. The image of my trying to put the clock back together was frightening. I told her no, I want it back in the condition I gave it to you. She said you can pick it up this afternoon. Well I got my clock back IN PIECES plus monetary compensation for the mess. Satisfied that I received some compensation, but not satisfied that I was deceived over 4months and that the clock which had been in my family for over 40 years is now a bag of parts. Do not recommend this place at all!
