The food is quite good, and the price is excellent. The "special" banh mi was great, fried soft shell crab was excellent, crab cake was pretty good for the price. Delicious food, great prices. It's mostly a takeout place, but we ate in at one of the 3 tables. I had a fried oyster platter with collard greens, coleslaw and hush puppies, under $10. I went here today to attempt to satisfy my banh mi craving after seeing Anthony's Seafood come up on Yelp. I typically choose a vegetarian tofu option over meat any day because I like tofu a lot, but they didn't have a vegetarian version here. Instead, I had a grilled pork sausage banh mi sandwich and it was actually quite delicious. They had all the key ingredients like pate, cucumber, a good amount of pickled carrots, jalapeños and cilantro. The pork sausage was cut into large slices and actually had a slight sweet flavor to it that was really nice. The overall restaurant was clean and the decor was adorable. There may be three tables but they were actually really nice and clean as well. I would definitely come back for another sandwich, especially since it was only $5.10 after tax for a 10-11" long sandwich! read more

Passed this place up by mistake. It is right near the "Psychic" house in Mercury. We ordered the fish and shrimp at $7.50 (Skrimp Shack includes fountain drink for that price but these peeps offer a whole lot more fries ), clam strips $5.99 and wings $5.49. It came with a lot of fries and I mean a lot see pic. I would suggest that they offer different sides with their meals ( see Skrimp Shack) . They also offered us ketchup or hot sauce, cocktail sauce and tartar would have been nice. The fish ( had bones did NOT expect that) and shrimp was tasty , chicken wing was not cooked all the way through. My biggest reason for the three stars is we wanted to eat in, but there was a bathroom deodorant smell over powering the dining area. We would maybe come back and try this place if they would have the sauces available , and fix the odor problem. read more

Good value for what they give you. We ordered a large shrimp po'boy and a flounder platter. The bread used for the sandwich is really good and so are the shrimp. They pile it on, much better than Skrimp Shack. The mac and cheese is ok, a little plain. Any platter is enough for two or three people and their french fries were good. Not greasy and not fried in old oil. My only problem was getting through on the phone on a Friday early evening. I was sitting across the road at Wawa when I spotted them and could see their sign was on. I drove over before I could get an answer and only waited ten minutes once I ordered. So if you're calling to order, they're there. Busy on a Friday in lent i suppose. If you're going there for wings on Friday check before you go. This is a nice little find. Looks like a small family owned establishment. The restaurant is unassuming but that doesn't mean the food lacks in quality. I ordered the pork sausage banh mi and an order of large fried shrimp. The banh mi was pretty standard. I wish it had some more delicious pickled vegetables to balance the flavorful pork but I wouldn't say they skimped on anything. I loved the shrimp. It wasn't your typical frozen mini shrimp. You could see the butterfly cut from taking out the top vein and the breading was fantastic. I would hope they would have made their own tartar sauce but it just came in packets. I grew up in Vietnam and been eating banh mi my whole life, I used to have to make trips to DC or Richmond for them, but now, not anymore! For 5 bucks I get big ass banh mi with all the fresh fillings, just how I like it. My dad is a picky eater and even he loved his banh mi. Stopped here on way home from beach vacation. What a great find! All of the food was super hot and fresh. The clam chowder was light, flavorful and clams were tender and fresh. First time here, portions are generous and the food is delicious! The fried oysters are a salty, crispy bite of happiness. The shrimp po boy is loaded with crispy shrimp - loaded, no skimping on portions here. Only wish that they had a sauce that they could put on the po boy sandwiches, could even give a side with the fried oysters, etc. Mayo just doesn't cut it.
