He's skillful, had all the right equipment for the job, thorough, and honest. He spent about 3 1/2 hours inspecting the pool equipment, the pipes/lines/valves, and even swam in the pool to look for cracks in the tile. In the end, he confirmed that there were no major leaks in the pool. He is quite busy so we had to wait about a week to get the appointment but he's worth the wait and the $500 fee because he takes his time to do an amazing job. Contacted Anthony for a drain in the pool that did not have a cover on it. I had gotten quotes for double the price that required us having to drain the entire pool, and then spend an additional $200-$300 on refilling the pool again. A few months ago I noticed water dropping faster than normal in my pool and had concluded that this was NOT due to the pool itself but, rather, a return line since the water would not drop unless I had the pump running. I put off calling someone since I was expecting the worse in terms of cost for hunting around for the precise location of the leak and then the repairs. I finally called Anthony based on the many positive reviews here and after talking to him on the phone I was very comfortable having him come out. The fee for precisely locating the leak was very fair (he spent about 3 hours or so with various devices to exactly locate the leak). Hands down the best in the business! Anthony and Angel did a great job finding the suction leak, locating the light issue we had and fixing the issues making our pool compliant. Our pool light wiring was ancient and done incorrectly - very dangerous! They cut through the concrete rewired, installed a jbox with a red brass fitting and laid down concrete like pros. The water level in my pool was going down about 1-2 inches daily and I knew that I had a pretty bad leak. I contacted a few leak detection companies and I decided to go with Anthony because of all the 5-star reviews; and I saw that he will put on a wetsuit to get in the pool to check for leaks. He was able to fit me into his schedule a day after contacting him due to one of his appointments canceling at the last minute. I was impressed with the thoroughness of him checking all the lines and getting into the pool to check any cracks, light fixtures, and main drain for leaks. Once he found out the leak was coming from a line where the pool has a sensor to refill the water, he used a plug to keep the water from leaking anymore as a temporary fix until I decide when I want to do a permanent fix that will obviously cost a decent amount of money. Anthony didn't charge for the plug he used and gave me some good ideas for the plumbing changes I should consider for my pool since it's probably over 30 years old. Anthony is phenomenal and should be your first stop. After trying several other people that either came out and then couldn't commit to a repair date or couldn't solve the problem, I called Anthony. I've had a pool leak for a year that caused the pump to lose prime. Anthony spent nearly 10 hours troubleshooting and identifying the source of the leak (a buried PVC glue joint). He is very methodical and precise and has all the equipment and knowledge required to find the smallest of air/water leaks. At the end of this stubborn repair, he did not ask for any more money than what he originally quoted me, which was for a 3-4 hr estimate to pressure test everything (my leak was hard to find).
