Finally, an eye doctor office I can feel comfortable in! I will never go anywhere else! First off, eye doctors offices always, always, always have that newfangled just installed carpet that gives me a migraine, every single time. This office at least has the brains not to go that route. Nice old carpet with none of that yucky "new carpet" smell, and some tape around the edges to make sure I don't trip and fall. I feel right at home in this office, and, it's a very welcome surprise and a huge relief. Another thing? Offices that have ceilings that leak on me really get on my last nerve. This office didn't just sit around and wring their hands about a little leak, they got right up there and put plastic over it like they were Buzz Lightyear or something?!? I was impressed! When they came down that ladder they laughed when I asked for their autographs, but, I will let them pass on that one. The front office people were superb! Again, I felt right at home. None of this fake smiley overdone courtesy garbage; I was so happy not to have to go through that again! Nope! These people were just like relatives at a family reunion who hadn't seen each other for decades and weren't so sure they wanted to see me when they did; which is all good, very good. They said what they needed to say to get the job done, without any of that extemporaneous nonsense! I like this place! As far as the customers sensitive informations, don't worry about your info!!! This place has class. They keep all private info of all customers in a great big book at the front desk, you can see it for yourself when they leave the desk, which is fairly often. But all to say, they do not put your info into computers which can be easily read by who knows who, who knows where, around the world, and I like it that way. Finally! An office with the brains to just say "NO!!!!!" to these harmful new fads like jamming customers sensitive info into computers where anyone around the world can git to it. When I picked up my glasses, I they gave me a hard copy of someone else's prescription which I certainly didn't ask for, but, hey, a free bonus is always fine by me! As far as I'm concerned, (which is further than I care to explain, actually) I have found my eye doctor home. From here on out, this is the one, the only eye doctor I will be going back to again and again, and, the only one I recommend. All 5 stars!!!!! I wish there were more stars to give!!!! Just between you and me, with my 21+ years of experiences as a customer in eye doctor offices in most of the states of the union, this was, is, and always will be, by far the best, and so much better than I ever dreamed to encounter in my quest for eye care. The customer satisfaction volume from this eye doctor office goes up to 11, and beyond!!!!! When these people say "EYE care about YOU," they're really mean, it!!!!! HURRAHHHHH!!!!! read more
