Surprisingly they made time not only my kids, they also made time to see my wife as well. Doctor Oncul was The most patient eye doctor I've ever seen deal with children. I had confirmed appointments for me and my daughter on Saturday, but when we arrived, the receptionist said we didn't have appointments. I showed her the email and she said the appointments weren't there and the next available appointments weren't for a few weeks. I left, thinking it was possible that I had made a mistake and it was clear the receptionist didn't care and wouldn't or couldn't help. Today I got an email from the eye center telling me I had missed my appointment. I try not to write bad reviews online but the only contact options are to call or write a review. There's no point calling and speaking to the receptionist from Saturday. Maybe someone at the Eye Center will read this and realize their computer system isn't working.
