They are very quick to tell patients that they are not in network. Dr Seyam does not realize this but this will cause him to lose clients. I have tried my best to work with the front desk staff and all I get is pushback and negativity. Dr Seyam , your front desk represents you so I suggest you guide them appropriately so you can get the business you deserve.

My oldest of special needs has been coming here for the past few years. This team was amazing to have created right on the spot custom glasses to fit my child's face. This is something that no other location would have done for me without charging me a significant fee. Their prices are beyond reasonable when paying out of pocket. They work with you and your budgeting and that goes to show how compassionate they are about their jobs! This entire staff is always well knowledgeable, friendly and caring.

I can't really go into specifics since it's been a while. And I've had a few eye doctors over my life so she did everything I expect in an exam. Appt call: the office mgr had no idea what she was doing and she did not create a file for me nor gathered my benefits. Appt Day: since no file, I had to give the mgr my name and member information no less than three times in 15 mins. She had a week to get my benefits but did not. Wasted my time and optometrist was sitting right there and said nothing. She behaved as though she was above all that. Glasses Retrieval: 1) they did not get the transition option with my glasses even though it was charged to my insurance. 2) They put a reading prescription on my main glasses and 3) a short distance prescription on the other one. I mean whhhhyyyy? Both glasses are to be used by me for the same reason (I can't see far distances) so why have diff scripts for each? Then they blamed me for that so I told BOTH of them off and used some choice language. I returned both glasses and got a refund. Don't blame me for your lack of professionalism and dereliction of duty. Filed a complaint with my insurance and with the state board of optometry. Seems this optometrist has a history of doing the wrong thing with patients and getting away with it. There are patients who don't know better so it is up to the professionals to do right by patients by dr Elena Vitezon has shown she is not a nice or kind person nor does she care about patients. I would recommend her to anybody because she shows that she cares about her patients individually and takes the time to really understand the issue and correct it. "I've done thousands of them" is what I bought into; for thousands of nonrefundable dollars per eye. Wrong lenses were put in after a 5 plus hour wait on a hospital operating table. How does this happen? The Doctors ability to perform this operation and to identify the wrong lenses immediately were his responsibility. The circumstances were poor at best and the results a disaster. The follow up visit was equally poor. He was less than professional. He told me the office was very busy with multiple competing demands, and a personal family loss distracted him during my consultation. So, he overlooked the fact that I now have to wear glasses fulltime for the rest of my life. At the cost of thousands of dollars.
