Best Buy arranged haul-away the next day, but that crew removed my old refrigerator and refused to install the new one. Support promised another crew would arrive within two hours, but nobody came and no visit had actually been scheduled. When I returned to this store for help, I was told I would have to wait several more days. I was left without a working refrigerator, lost food, and ultimately had to move and install the refrigerator myself. Every department passed the problem along, and nobody took responsibility.
