Called ACS, explained to them my situation and they told me to come in right away to inspect the keyboard, I came about 20 minutes later and they told me that the keyboard has to be replaced and they could do the replacement today. I was quoted a very fair price compared to all the other businesses that I had called earlier, and after one hour I was called to come pick up my laptop with it's new keyboard and backlight. I have to say that it's very rare for repair shops to do the same-day repairs but I think there's something special about this place. I appreciate the service and the cooperation from ACS and I will recommend this place to anybody who needs a replacement or repair done on a computer. PS, here is the picture of the keyboard and backlight the owner sent me after I left the shop.

As you probably know, replacing the glass on these phones can get really expensive, but they took amazing care of me and were completely honest throughout the process. Not only did they offer the best price around, but the aftermarket glass they used works perfectly. No lag, no issues -- honestly, I can't even tell it's aftermarket. It's not bulky at all and fits seamlessly into my phone case, just like the original. There was a small hiccup along the way getting my specific model in, but they handled it lightning fast and made everything right without hesitation. I called Best Buy corporate and also messaged them via text chat and both confirmed they don't enforce such policy and that there is no hold or flag on my account. Clearly Jonathan was lying about my account being flagged or having too many returns. If I were to guess, they probably don't want the return affecting their sales numbers. The whole thing was just odd from the start.(I have worked at geek squad in the past) The checkout usually checks the returns in front of the customer but in this situation they took across the other side of the store and had me waiting for a while. I didn't think anything of it because they said they needed to check the item and print the return receipt for me. That's when they returned with the item and said my account was flagged. Jonathan then mentioned that I could try shipping it, in order to return it but that it would not be guaranteed a refund. It was unprofessional and bizarre. I would avoid going to this store for any needs because they make it very difficult for you to return an item.
