She did some work on an old Gold Omega. Totally butchered the watch accuse me of having parts in there that weren't original. Used that excuse as she could not figure out how to put it back together. The watch was serviced 10 years ago at Omega and certified original. I was just having a replace a crystal which is generally fairly easy and does not require omega to do the work. Upon taking out the movement, she was not bright enough to figure out how to put it back the way it was. Evidently, she ended up calling a friend who was experienced with Omega's and she quickly fixed it before I got there. It still doesn't run right and I'm sending it back to Omega to get it correct. Unless you're changing out a battery or something super simple do not take your heirloom or expensive Watches to this hack she will destroy your prized possession. I have owned find watches for a long time and love a good mechanical time piece. If you are anything like me run, don't walk away from this watch repair gal she is horrible.
