I figured I would not hear back and thought oh well. To my surprise he called me back and we scheduled a time. He arrived on time, was a super nice gentleman and fixed my clock. I was willing to pay him a pretty penny for the in home visit and his time and he only charged us less than half of what I thought it would be. If you have the need. PLEASE call him. He is FABULOUS and very worth it.

I brought in a 1961 Centurion wind-up wall clock for cleaning and repair. Was told it would take a…read moreminimum of 7 months! At 7 months, I called to see if it was done and was told it had been done for a couple of months. I was never notified. My clock wasn't chiming properly and wasn't keeping time correctly. When I got it back, over a few weeks, it began to perform way worse than when I brought it in. Sometimes at 1:30, it would chime 7 times. At 10:00, it would chime 4 times, etc... The chimes varied wildly in volume. There was a scratchy, ticky sound when it chimed. It started losing and gaining minutes, even when it was wound properly. It evntually quit running altogether. I looked up possible at-home fixes and tried every last one of them. Nothing worked right. Once when I got it to run again, it lasted about 5 days and quit. I have not been able to get it to run again since. Since my clock was obviously damaged somehow while it was at this business, I would not, can not trust them again. Plus, I will not wait months for repair and have to pay for it all over again, when they never fixed it in the 1st place! And fact, they made it 10 times worse. This is a family owned clock since 1961 and it used to run perfect. Does anyone out there know of a clock repair place in Spokane or the Valley that knows what they're doing and can be trusted??

Brought in two clocks (one coo-coo and one antique windup school wall clock). Coo-coo runs but makes odd noises during the "coo-coo" that it never made before. The school clock runs for only a short time before stopping - a problem this clock has NEVER had before. Steve is making it very difficult to bring the clocks back for him to fix (under warranty) because he never seems to know when he's going to be there (he works out of his house). Probably for the best, since I'm not sure I want to have this guy do any more damage to these two clocks. I'll find someone else to undo his damage.
