Told us it was going to be a 45 minute wait.. After waiting over an hour they informed us it was going to be another 45 minutes? We didn't mind waiting 45 minutes. Or even an hour. But this place really needs to get a grip on realistic times. Very disappointing. Will not be back. read more

Great food, great service, best brunch I've ever had. Just make sure to get on the yelp waitlist.

Used the Yelp app to join the waitlist from home...this is key on the weekends, especially. Food was a bit slow to come out, but everything was great otherwise and I'm fully aware of so many restaurants not able to get enough help post pandemic, so still giving 5 stars! read more

This is my second time here and the food was good. One issue I have is the waitress they have. She was very pushy and rude and had the biggest attitude. I had her the first time I was here and got her again. I thought maybe she had a bad day the first time and this time it was the same thing. If she hates her job she should find a new job everyone is hiring. I still would come back because of the food but would ask next time not to get her if she was there. read more

Awesome menu ... well worth the wait or just go sit at the bar it's first come first serve there ... Flavors are fantastic!

Best omelette ever! Lots of different menu items to choose from and the service was great

This place sucks the sausage is burnt and taste like meatloaf the potatoes are like rubber its terrible the service sucks it's just bad

Service was great. Very knowledgeable and friendly. The waitlist was also on time and they accommodated our specific needs.

Sadly the food and wait staff has suffered. My first experience shortly after they opened was amazing! The food, presentation, and waitress were all superior. However, on my three visits since then it's been sub-par to poor. I wouldn't recommend. Too many areas need to be addressed. read more

We waited almost an hour for our breakfast. Our server said they forgot it was Memorial Day and didn't have staff for a regular Monday. The food finally came out burned. The sausage could not be cut through it was so black. Pancakes burned badly also. Our server wouldn't charge us for the food, only drinks. It wasn't her fault, but very disappointing. read more

They food was excellent! The service was slow at the bar and the food took forever to come out. Luckily we didn't need to get anywhere. Had the egg white omelet and fruit. So good. read more

Wanted to give this place a try 2 Sunday's ago mid morning (10am). Did not realize they wanted us to get in line on the Yelp app and no signage in the restaurant when entering. Waited in line 20 min (not social distanced and packed in a foyer area) just to get to the host to be told to get in line on the Yelp app. The wait time was another 60 min. Most disorganized process I have every seen. I am sticking with my go to brunch place down the street First Watch! read more

We arrived at 10am on Sunday and were told the wait would be 30 min. We Asked if we could sit at the bar while we waited, they informed us we could sit anywhere at the bar or outside patio, it was open seating. We decided on a table outside. As soon as we sat they bartender said we needed to be seated by the hostess, we explained what they had said and she said "oh, ok then go right ahead." She then came back shortly and said no, you can only sit at the bar. Another couple seated on the patio said that they were given the same info and that they did get served. The bartender said no, sorry, you need to wait to be seated. So we decided to sit at the bar and wait for a table We waited an hour b4 checking back in with the hostess to see if they had forgotten us, she said we were next to be seated. We then Waited 30 more min and checked back again and said not yet, and were very rude that we were upset. We decided to leave and eat elsewhere. 1/2 way through our meal, at the second restaurant, when we got the text that our table was ready at Another Broken Egg. Just be honest on the wait time, or at least a little closer on the guesstimate. And be a little more understanding/considerate when people start getting a little frustrated with the situation. Would not recommend on the weekend at opening and not even sure we'll go back given the overall situation! I have worked in numerous restaurants and feel the hostess staffs attitude could have been better. read more

Save your time and money. Arrived at 10am for breakfast. By the time we waited and actually served our food, it was 12:30. Food was cold and not tasty. Coffee luke-warm, no refills. Our server was very nice and had the terrible luck to inform our table they were out of burgers and sausage. $25 for two breakfasts and we just ordered waters to drink. (My parents had the coffee and told me it wasn't even hot) Tiny portions. I felt like I ate air. Chilly in the restaurant. All in all, I wish I had those 3 hours of my life back. read more

Had such a great experience at our first visit here! There was an hour wait for our party of two but we found a spot at the bar right away. The bartender, Jacob, was so great! Gave honest recommendations that didn't disappoint. Also love the decor and vibe here. read more

We were there for the first time this morning and my son ordered from their gluten free kids menu and is now sick. If he eats gluten (celiac dx) he gets sick. We eat out regularly and he hasn't had this happen in two years. We were assured the gluten free pancakes were cooked on a different surface and which items are safe for him to order/eat. Do not eat here if you have gluten intolerance or sensitivity. read more

we had the best server at the Crocker location her name was Jolene and she was very quick and caring

New at breakfast/lunch place at Crocker Park with a twist! Great Mimosas and Bloody Mary's for brunch. The menu is amazing with some great choices that arent "run of the mill" breakfast ! Give it a try. Nice open seating, too. read more

The food was amazing, the mimosas were amazing. Not sure how anyone gave this place less than 5 stars lol

Thank you Jazmine for the great service. You made first visit my best visit! Food was delicious!

Terrible service in so many ways. The food took forever to come out and my chicken and waffles were cold. I also ordered beignets to come out before my food, well my food came cold and then had never received my beignets. I also ordered a to go order to come out after I'm done eating and they brought the to go order out on a plate so they had to take it back to back and then brought it out in a box and now the bag is sitting on the floor next to me getting cold while I am still waiting for my food to be brought back out hot. Second time here and it's terrible! I asked for the manager and spoke with her. She was not very nice but overall she made it right. read more

The food was ok, sausages were overcooked. The service is bad. The waitress barely answers any questions. We asked for more hot water, she took our cups away to refill... could we just have some hot water in a teapot or something? She didn't bring utensils, and didn't even apologize when we asked. That was after they brought the food. read more

Decided to have breakfast with my family this morning, save your money - ordered supreme omelette - and an order of beignets for the table - beignets for table came out as hockey pucks under a blanket of powdered sugar. Light and fluffy we're not the words to describe these - these things I believe could sink the titanic. Omelette was not supreme in any sense of the word. Was a plane folded egg ( looked like something you get from Mickey D'S) with the gristle from the bottom of the pan burnt to crisp-shoved in the middle , covered in cheese to try to hide this train wreck of an omelet ,tried to explain this to waitress- She tried to inform me rudley that all bacon is baked so that's why it's all burnt and nasty - trying to justify this nasty thing on my plate- ask if I wanted to speak to Mannager- I said please - she rolled here eyes and walked away- no manager appeared- only the bill, will clearly avoid this please in the future. read more

I was worried due to recent reviews I had seen. Put our name on the wait list before leaving home. Our table was ready when we arrived. Service at ALL restaurants have been a little slower due to staffing issues. With that being said, our experience was good. Beignets were really good too! read more

Hour wait to get in, hour wait to get food after ordering. Need to pick up the device.

Now I understand why there is always a wait! The food and drinks were great and our server Alyssa was very attentive. See you soon Another Broken Egg!!! read more

Food was great. Drinks were great. Take out was prioritized and made our wait for food almost an hour and a half. Disappointed in the wait while watching bag after bag of food leave the restaurant. read more

What a joke! Zero stars! Checked in at 9, with an hour wait. Sat at 11, food served at 12:15, tons of open tables. Manager called over and argued with us about our experience. I wouldn't recommend until they get more help and a new manager. Food was cold when served after an hour. read more

Beware! Long ticket times. We spent 3 hours here with my toddler who kept asking where our food was. The table next to us sat down after us and received their food and cashed out before we even got ours. The manager was so careless. Id recommend checking out another location in Crocker Park before you waste your time here. Food was okay... not worth 3 hours though. read more

amanda is awesome! if i could put 10 stars for her service, i would! such a delight. she was so nice and helpful for our breakfast!

I had high expectations for this restaurant and It was extremely disappointing. The food was all store-bought/processed and the opposite of fresh. If you are someone who cooks at home I would absolutely not recommend. read more

Very busy but service was terrible. After 15 minutes I had to ask who my server was supposed to be. Egg scrambler was terrible.

Awesome brunch!! Crab cake Benedict was so good and our server Jacob was wonderful. Can't wait to be back again! Make sure you try the pepper sauce. read more

food was great. service was great. restaurant set up is cool. definitely going again myself.

Hello I drove to the restaurant at 10:45 and didn't get a table until 11:45. When we originally got there it said it would be a 30 min wait. When we went to get seated we ordered our food and didn't receive our food until 1:00. What makes it worse was that a party of ten sat 20 minutes after us and got their food and is left before we got ours. Absolutely ridiculous! When we got our food everything was cold! Even the hot chocolate. It defeats the purpose of HOT chocolate! It was chocolate milk. Our waitress was absolutely amazing, very sweet, and understanding. The manager should not be managing this restaurant. When we went to complain and say how long we had been waiting and how cold the food was, she said if we wanted we can re-order the food! Reordering the food after we waited an hour and 30 minutes for our original order... that defeats the purpose. Overall not good service I would not recommend anyone under any circumstance to ever come to this place... EVER! read more

We had a mixed experience. 1. Wait time, expected and exactly what we were told. 2. Our server was fantastic! 3. Atmosphere is casual, fun and the patio is great. 4. Food: huge disappointment. Our food took almost an hour to receive. The wait was painful because we had just come from swimming and were sooo hungry! The scrambled eggs were wet, soggy undercooked on the inside and dry on the outside. The omelet was served cold and dry and way too much roasted garlic. I love roasted garlic but not a clove in every other bite. The sausage and gravy was extremely peppery. Our daughters love sausage and gravy and order it at many restaurants. We also love sausage patties and scrambled eggs. They barely ate any of it because it was too spicy. The menu never mentioned pepper or spice. The biscuits were light and flavorful but overpowered by the pepper. 5. I ordered a side of sausage patties and they didn't arrive until I requested the check. Our server didn't charge us. 6. Never received the fruit that was supposed to accompany my Omelet. I really wish... We had better food and we had those 2 1/2 hours and $42 back. As we were driving home, our daughter (9 year old) complained of bloating and a stomachache. Our 7 year old asked if I'd make her Mac n cheese. $42 spent on brunch and now I'll be cooking lunch at home. Ugh! The neighboring table had pancakes and raved about them. Maybe in a few months we'll give it one more try for pancakes and to see if we just hit it on a bad day. read more

I'm not able to review the service or the food because we never made it in the door. We checked in at 10am online and arrived at 11. We were 16 in the waitlist still. At 11:30 we were only number 13. This process is not okay. When we had checked in it said our table would be ready by 11. We left and went to bob evans. A lot of other people waiting had the same issue. read more

Highly disappointed with my experience since my friends and I were so excited to try this new spot. I also want to mention this is the first time I've ever even downloaded Yelp or written a review because the service was that horrible. I have also worked in bars and restaurants my entire life and can completely empathize with servers. My friend and I sat at the bar and were completely ignored and mean mugged by the staff for 30 minutes. After finally being greeted, it took another 20 minutes to take our order and then another 20 to receive our drinks. The bar was also completely empty at this point. I totally understand being busy but not once were we acknowledged or even told by the staff they were overwhelmed. Our server was visibly annoyed the entire time. Again, I understand having a bad shift but this was a whole different level of blatant rudeness. I gave 2 stars because the food and drinks were good but the service was a total turn off. read more

So unbelievably disappointed in this location. If zero was an option, they would receive it. We are always happy while traveling when we see that our vacation spot has Another Broken Egg as a breakfast option. We were visiting Cleveland for a wedding and ordered carryout from the Crocker Park location. The locals told us to order from First Watch, which is in the same location, but as loyal Another Broken Egg fans, we went there. First issue, we placed our order online for curbside pickup and upon arrival called the restaurant to say we had arrived. The person who answered the phone asked "what kind of car" we were in and said the order would be "right out". 20 MINUTES LATER we called again to be told there is no curbside takeout and we needed to come inside. I walked in to pick up the order and waited another 10-15 minutes. Issue number 2, the order came out 30 minutes late from the original confirmed pick up time. Issue number 3, upon returning to our hotel, we realized our orders were all COLD, really COLD, and they were wrong. Issue 4, I requested togo plastic ware which was not included so we had to go to hotel lobby to look for serve ware. I called the Crocker park location and left a message for the manager. ISSUE 5........I was told I would receive a credit for the ENTIRE order and the manager would call me. ISSUE 6, manager called. I spent 15 minutes on the phone describing the issue, per her request, and she spent a lot of time explaining how busy they were on that day. I wanted to say, shouldn't you KNOW THAT 10:00 AM on a Saturday is your busiest time of day, but opted to move the call along. I was told she would credit me the meals that were wrong. NOT THE ENTIRE ORDER, as promised the day before by someone else, just a partial credit. FINE. I was exhausted with this place by now. ISSUE NUMBER 7. WE HAVE YET TO RECEIVE A CREDIT OF ANY KIND AND IT HAS BEEN WELL OVER A MONTH. ISSUE NUMBER 8....called regarding no credit. Still waiting for the manager to call. Another Broken Egg is better then this. This is not a new restaurant that has no template on how to operate. The Westlake location is AWFUL. Management is 100% TERRIBLE. Heading on to First Watch. read more

The worse service ever! We waited an hour for our food! Asked for the manager twice, everyone around us was being served (4 or more ppl) Once our food came (party of 10) the grits were hard like they had been sitting, hair was in my step dad French toast. (He's bald) the eggs were cooked so hard on all the meals, set back two of the meals to be remade (another 15 minute wait) Had a supreme omelette with no meat jus egg and cheese! Manager finally comes out to tell us she's sorry about the hair but everyone in the back is wear hair nets and she's not sure where the hair came from My step dad is bald! She also tells us her staff is working as fast as the could to get the orders sorry about the wait sorry it made out celebration a bad one but her staff is there working missing their family while we are enjoying ours Her name was Allison by the way! My mom told her that's not our problem this is their job and they have done horrible at it! This was our first time here and will definitely be our last! Our waitress had to endure some of our angry but we told her we understand it wasn't her fought she kept checking for us as we asked!! read more
