First time we've eaten here. Absolutely perfect. Fresh quality food and awesome service. Charles, our server, was great. They were really accommodating on a busy Sunday morning. read more

Eating out with food sensitivities can be a challenge! Great experience with great food, reasonably priced and amazing staff!

I can't begin to explain how good this place is! For a girls trip, we ate there every morning! Loved the sausage and gravy!!!

This place is a must try. We went at noon so there was no wait. I had the original pancakes which were great and the wife had chicken and waffles. She finally let me try a bite and the chicken was some of the best I've ever had. They do serve a full menu until they close so it's great for the late risers that still want breakfast. Will definitely be back. read more

Awesome place for breakfast! Got a little bit of everything and the food is plentiful! Good amount of food for the price. Also, they are always walking around with coffee pots so endless coffee! read more

Great breakfast place featuring your normal fare, along with a bit of eclectic. Our waiter Cody was awesome! He knew the food, as well as points of interest and must haves while not only in the area, but on the route home. They offer several varieties of Bloody Mary's that are well garnished. Will definitely go back if in the area again. read more

The food is decent but service is terrible. I won't be going back. Waited 15 minutes just to place our drink order.

As usual, the food was awesome & worth the wait for this always crowded restaurant. Classic eggs Benedict & my friend had pancakes. Delicious!!! read more

Still a favorite...we came here two years ago and loved it so much we made sure to return on this trip. The lemon blueberry goat cheese pancakes, city grits, and lobster Brie omelet are amazing. The stuffed French toast is a sin it's so good! That's being said...the front desk lady wiping down the menus had such a "I don't care" attitude and was barely tolerating a few questions while we were waiting for the table to be ready. They made us wait by the front door until a large table was done eating and had left because they "didn't want to back up the kitchen". There were empty tables everywhere including large 8 seaters. Had they seated us and thrown some coffee and beignets our way we would have been content to wait while they finished with the other table. I don't remember the waitress name we had but it was only her second week working and she truly did a great job for being so new. Will definitely return or at least try other Another Broken Eggs! read more

Great breakfast with their omelets being exceptional. A little pricey, but what you would expect in a vacation destination.

Service here is terrible. My husband and I used to eat here a couple times a month. After eating his breakfast AGAIN without the wheat toast he requested the other day we decided we will no longer go here. The food is just mediocre at best, but the service is terrible. Go to Ducks Diner instead. Food is pretty simple, but the service is excellent. read more

We love coming here! The food is beyond delicious. Charles is the bomb! His pancakes are a work of art. The service is wonderfully well! Totally recommend making the trip. Can't wait to come back for more! read more

Rainy day so business was slammed. Arrived at 10:20. Owner had put a " hold" on seating patrons. Reason- kitchen overwhelmed. So, waited thru the hold. Long list of customers. Around 11:00 another hold. Seems to me the holds only increase the probability of overwhelming the he kitchen. Seated at 11:30. Dining area only 1/3 full. ?!?! Food is great, but the wait is maddening. read more

Awesome place for breakfast. My husband and I both had variations of French toast. The bananas foster was to die for. And try the homemade sausage pattie. I grew up on a hog farm and don't honk I have had sausage that good before! read more

Great breakfast as always but as soon as we entered the restaurant the hostess Laura (or Lauren not positive) was visibly stressed out which is understandable, but was VERY rude. We walked up and told her we had 9 and gave her our name. We had previously called and she told us our table would probably be ready when we arrived. She responded "what". I asked if our table was ready. She replied "no honey there has not been a table open for the past 30 minutes. Sit down and wait to be notified that your table is ready". Once we sat, she was rude to other guests who were 'in her way' while trying to buy mugs at the entrance. She was stating out loud every party on the list that had missed their table because they did not come back to get it after 5 minutes of receiving their notifications. She cancelled multiple parties' tables with all waiting guests listening. We felt very unwelcome and did not want to stay once we were greeted so poorly. Our wait was short and Carrie waited on us. Carrie was precious and very polite along with all other waitresses around our table. For a restaurant that gets so much business, Laura is not the person to be greeting at the door. read more

Always like to end our vacation with something to remember it by, and do we have something to remember for our next trip. My wife and I were the first ones there, due to us having to drive back to St. Louis after we ate. We were greeted right away and were offered so,e the best coffee that I had while down to Gulf Shores. I forgot the gentleman's name that waited on us, but he was very attentive from taking our order to making sure our cups were filled. I ordered the Southwest scrambler, which came with tortillas. It was full of flavor and I ordered the "City Grits" as a substitute for the potatoes. I did not go wrong there. I have been raised on grits and these are by far the best grits I have ever ate, so do not pass these up if you go there. My wife had a Hey Lucy which had a Mexican sausage and peppers into a omelet, as well as a side of potatoes. Again, it was full of flavor and a good choice to try. I just wish I had found this place earlier on our vacation, because we would have ate there everyday. I can not wait till next year. read more

First time to have breakfast here. It was great. Service great! And food was great. All the pics online are legit. We will be back

Craig made sure my bacon was crisp, and milk hot for my coffee and local honey to sweeten it. "Eggs Blackstone" was my choice, and it was a wise one! We will arise each morning here in Orange Beach to partake of another amazing breakfast! (Regardless of the fact we had to drive 20minutes.) read more

Gluten free pancakes were delicious, made with rice flour and water so they are dairy free as well. Same price as regular pancakes. You can pay extra for pure maple syrup. read more

I love this place. Breakfast to die for. Something for everyone. Bacon is awesome. If you can afford the calories, try the cinnamon bun French toast. YUM! read more

They were very busy when we got there but polite. They sat us after bout 20-30 mins and let us choose our table. Food came out at a decent time our waitress was very helpful and friendly and the service was great. read more

We enjoyed Another Broken Egg Cafe very, very much. We started out with mimosas - excellent. My husband had the Supreme Omelette and i tried the Lobster & Brie Omelette. Both came with English muffins and seasoned potatoes. The Omelettes were light and flavorful, and filled/covered with sausage/cheese/lobster. The potatoes were great - more roasted than fried. We sat ouside on the patio - perfect temperature. It was busy but not loud and music played in the background. We had a very nice conversation with our waiter, Bill, as the restaurant became less busy. We'll absolutely be back! read more

Breakfast here is very good, and staff does a good job...however, show up around lunch time and things change. Staff is in such a big hurry to be out at closing, that they start cleaning up at noon. Sweeping the floor, spraying disinfectant on tables while you are eating, yelling back and forth about who's responsible to do what...feels very disrespectful to those of us there to eat. I advise another choice for Brunch/Lunch. read more

Bland food that was missing ingredients and weak service. When asked to correct it was once again forgotten about but still charged. Keep driving an extra 2 min to the Brick and Spoon which is awesome! read more

Being from out of town, there were 3 of us men who really like Breakfast. The Seafood spin on breakfast was very good. The Stans Mardi Gras and Lobster and Brie Omelettes were great. Denny had the Blue Berry Pancakes. We are middle age big eating country boys. We came out of there full and content. The service was great and the place was really clean. I think our wives would of been impressed. . read more

Absolutely delicious! Enjoyed the Crabcakes Cavallo and bacon burger. Wonderful service and great atmosphere! :)

If you wanna wait 45 minutes for some burnt pancakes that are raw on the inside this is the place to go. After sending back the pancakes and waiting another 15 minutes for some fully cooked, we just cancelled the order. Would not recommend read more

Absolutely outstanding place for breakfast, if try to get there by about 10, or it'll get busy. Everything that we ordered was great. If you go anywhere, go here. If I could give 6 stars I would. read more

Great spot for breakfast, not too far from the beach!

Simply amazing!!! If you're at the beach, you need to get here at least one morning. The French Toast (Hawaiian and Cinnamon Roll) were great. We will definitely be back next time. read more

We were on vacation in Gulf Shores. On our way home we decided to stop for breakfast even though it was a bit out of our way. Best decision! ! Great food, excellent service, cute atmosphere. Don't forget to try the hand scrub in the restroom read more

Had a good experience here! Pancakes were amazingly delicious. Mediterranean potatoes were good but not worth causing a scene over like other reviewers have mentioned. We would eat here again and do recommend it! read more

This restaurant is absolutely amazing! We came in for a late breakfast around 10 am, they are still packed and had us seated in no time. Geovana, our waitress is amazing and offers mimosas that are out of this world. The food and service was awesome I would recommend this restaurant to anyone!!! read more

This is the best breakfast in Orange Beach! We came for a beach wedding and ended up eating here two times because of the awesome service and fantastic food!!!!! The wait may be long, but it's definitely worth it!! I've never been in such a food coma! So good!!! I wish I had the time to try everything on the menu! read more

This place is a hit. Also, we went in a bit of a hurry and we were in and out in 20 minutes. Not that they rush you but we were in a rush. I had the southwest eggs and they were great. My other had the Brie and lobster omelette and it was Devine. read more

A hidden treasure that was excellent in every way. Great floor plan, clean and casual atmosphere, upscale enough to keep the special feeling that you were dining out. Excellent service from attentive, skilled waitstaff and amazing food. Broad selection of omelettes, Benedicts, sandwiches, salads, with unusual recipes and fresh ingredients. Coffee is full bodied and is made just for them, though you can buy it there. Menu is reasonably priced and I look forward to trying every dish on it. read more

Excellent! Loved the City Grits, omelet and the beignets. Service was excellent. Have eaten at several other Another Broken Eggs and the food is always great. read more

First time to this location. server very friendly. I had the app grits (with bacon and onions and tomatoes etc) and 3 pancakes. Very good breakfast spot. My husband had an omelette and devoured it. I do not think they cut their potatoes fresh I think they're frozen, didn't taste good to me. Best breakfast spot around. Will be going back. read more

We went to the Orange Beach location and found it completely underwhelming. Certainly not what it is cracked up to be. Service was painfully slow. The table next to us came in later and got their food sooner. We had to go in and ask for refills. Don't be in a hurry if you go. I wouldn't go back. Food not worth the service. read more

I had the opportunity to visit this restaurant on a Tuesday morning around 11:00 am while traveling on vacation. Our party of three was greeted promptly and quickly seated. The restaurant was almost completely full with what looked like a mix of both local and tourist patrons. The ambiance was warm, inviting, and the restaurant was very clean. The cafe also offers bar in addition to table seating. The service was exceptional and very friendly-- our waitress paid frequent visits to our table to refill water glasses and refresh our coffees. The menu offers a very large selection of breakfast fare. I ordered the turkey brie pesto sandwich with french fries. The pesto sauce was rich, creamy, and thick without being oily. The pesto was applied in perfect proportion so the sandwich wasn't soggy but fresh, crisp, and excellently seasoned. Everyone in our party enjoyed their food and experience at Another Broken Egg. If I'm ever in Orange Beach I'll be sure to revisit this restaurant. read more
