Went there yesterday for lunch for the first time, the wait didn't bother me, I've seen the line, so I expected it. The wait was right in line with how long they said it would be. I wasn't too thrilled with the table, but since it was very busy, I understand putting a party of two at a small table. I was very disappointed in the waiter. It took him a long time to come get our drink order, then when he did, it took him a long time to bring them. I had to ask twice for a glass of water. When the meal came, the food was very good, but it was only lukewarm. Obviously it had been sitting for some time before being brought to the table. Once he brought the food, he never came back to check on us. We had to finally flag him down (which wasn't easy!) to get more coffee. I understand a place being busy, but customers all around us seemed like they were getting better service. Evidently they offer free Beignets to a first time customer, they place a glass on the table to let the server know. We had to ask twice for them. Overall, the food was good, but between it being only lukewarm and the lackluster service from the waiter, it kind of ruined the experience. I will probably try it one more time to see if it was just a one off thing though. I did try to quietly tell the hostess as we were leaving, I just got a smile and thank you for coming in response. read more

An hour (after you get seated) to wait for food is ridiculous. Doesn't matter if the food is good when it gets there at that point.

This is the first Another Broken Egg that I have eaten at that didn't have their act together. Me and my wife ate there Sunday morning everything was good until we asked for silverware. They didn't have any clean silverware. We ordered our food which was good minus the lumpy grits but our food arrived before we even had silverware. We had been in the restaurant for at least 30 minutes (this include our wait time for our waiter, wait time to order our food and for it to come out to our table) and no silverware. Our waiter was awesome like most Another Broken Egg staff it's sad that they ran out of clean silverware and we were there around 1030 Sunday morning. I'm not sure what was the issue but I hope they fix the issue. read more

The restaurant was overwhelmed on Mother's Day for breakfast. Seating was late to Yelp waitlisting. Server was very nice but had too many tables assigned to her. Food took a really long time for our table of 5 and so did for those seated around us. Food was cold when it finally arrived. Satisfied on other visits but Mother's Day they failed to seat on time, failed to deliver timely food, and food was cold. Will return hoping for better visit next time. read more

Having eaten at other locations I was expecting more. And it's not the first time at this location. Service was very good to a point (forgot an added side) but the food was very meh. Had an omelet that was just a pan of scrambled eggs with other ingredients in them folded over, and cooked too long. Additionally a quarter inch coating of cheese on top is kinda gross. Last please toast your English muffins. Potatoes were really good though. read more

FREE Biscuit beignets on your first visit. Great place to have breakfast. Service was fast and facilities were very clean and professional. The food was excellent. I had the sweet potato pancake with eggs and bacon. For all that I got it was for a very reasonable price. The coffee was good as well. read more

On vacation and this little restaurant was highly recommended to us. Very charming and cozy...the steak and eggs was awesome...our whole party loved the food. Only downside was no hash browns but the country potatoes were good. Ohhh...the mugs were very pricey at $18...maybe $10 and we would have gladly taken home 2. Not ready for prime time! Although still relatively new, this particular Another Broken Egg on Hwy 72 is still trying to find its feet. The first insult was losing our name on the wait list. We came in on an early Saturday afternoon, and after 45 minutes of waiting, we had to ask what was going on. "Oops! We lost your name, sorry! We've lost several names today." As if that makes it better. Note to servers, when you screw up, offer something in return for free, apologies by themselves don't feed the bulldog. The second insult was the stupid amount of time it took to deliver our food after ordering. Another 45 minutes. Total of an hour and a half from arrival to getting our food. I ordered the traditional yolk with steak and 2 pancakes. It all was credible and tasty but no better than what you'd get at Cracker Barrel. My wife, however, ordered the Supreme Omelet and it was just flat out burned, especially the sausage. Our waitress never asked whether our food was OK. That was the third and fourth insults. All this for a total of $36. Obviously, we won't be back. read more

Based on the quality of the food I would have gladly given our experience 5 stars. Based on the service I feel I'm being generous at 2 stars. Like many of the other reviewers our wait time was given as 30 - 40 min which became 60. What really annoyed us about this was the upon observing the lack of urgency by those tasked with cleaning tables to ready them for the next guest. We watched as several tables finished their meals and left and the tables remained dirty for 15 minutes or more instead of being cleaned so another party could be seated. We observed this with at least 6 tables so this is either standard operating procedure or the staff is poorly trained and managed. We may try the jones valley location but if the service there is as slow we'll have to find another breakfast place. Too bad because the food is great! read more

Come with patience for to go orders because the food is worth it. I called in my 'to go' order to avoid the Sunday Morning crowd. Upon my arrival I was directed to the bar which was busy and only had one person providing service to 7 people at the bar, drink preparation for table orders, and, only one register in which other staff used which held up the bar attendant. Luckily 3 seats were empty so I was able to squeeze in and notify the guy of my order, otherwise there is no dedicated space for to go orders. My payment was requested before bringing my food, and once my food was brought out the bar attendant didn't review it with me to ensure it was correct. It's a small space to handle 'to go' orders. After all that, I got the food home to the family: supreme omelette, banana foster Belgian waffle, and southwest salad. Everything (all sides and condiments) needed was in the bag. The family loved their meal. Not one complaint about the food that we all ate up. read more

Okay place to eat besides the fact that the staff will accuse you of stealing coffee cups. One of the managers ran out to my car accusing me, my husband, my sister, and my best friend of stealing one of the coffee cups because our server, Leah, saw "one of us put one in our purse" supposedly. I was the only one with a purse that wasn't even big enough to put a coffee cup in. The manager was rude about the situation, and all I could say was, "you can search us like a cop, but we didn't take one. I don't know what to tell you." I understand the coffee cups are expensive, but it is unfair to be rude and make false accusations. I'm a server myself, and honestly now I regret even leaving a tip for the server. I guess it didn't help much that it was my birthday and the day was going smoothly until this incident. I will not be back to this specific location unless the staff issues are fixed or if they decide to use coffee cups that will not cause such a big issue. read more

Pleasant surprise! I thought this was another Dennys or Ihop type of place. I had been avoiding it and praying for a good breakfast place in the Huntsville/Madison area. One thing this area lacks is good breakfast. My family took me here for mothers day. We checked in using the Yelp app, which was a awesome especially on that day! I happen to see a gluten free menu at the hostess station and asked for it. They have so many options I was thrilled! I had the Lemon goat cheese GF pancakes and they were so heavenly. I didn't need syrup at all. I also had a Bloody Mary, they had several choices, I choose the tamale. It was not bad, different than I would have imagined, but still tasty. My daughter had I did and she didn't use syrup either. My husband had th EGGS BLACKSTONE BENEDICT and was so happy at the flavors and it was cooked correctly. My son had the cinnamon roll french toast, this is super sweet and sugar filled. But my son liked it and warns it does not need any syrup or anything else added. The service was good, especially for the very busy day. They use simply orange juice and not the sugar crap other places use. I was very happy and excited to have a place to grab breakfast. I will be returning and expect this to be our go-to. read more

Always have a great meal here. Decor is cute, place is clean, and wait staff has always been very friendly. In regards to food, for me the highlight is the variety, they have some creative surprises but also all the classics you'd expect. Met the owners last time too and they were very sweet.
