My husband got the chorizo omelet with potatoes and he said it definitely had a kick but tasted great. It has cream cheese in it so denser than a regular omelet. I had the Boston Cream Pie pancakes, they were beyond amazing! You have to be 21+ to order the alcohol laced toppings, but it was like breakfast and dessert all rolled into one. I've been to this chain quite a few times but this was my first time in Clearwater and this was probably the best experience I had. Our wait was less than 15 minutes and our waitress was Cathy. Her service was exceptional. 20/10. She explained everything to us and gave us complimentary beignets since it was our first time. They were fluffy and the perfect amount of sweet to start off our day. We ordered the strawberry nectar mimosa pitcher and the lemon blueberry pitcher and both were amazing. The acidity of the berries with the fiz of the champagne and juice was so good and refreshing. We each got fresh fruit in our glasses. I can't remember what everyone got but I ordered the Floridian omelet and it was chefs kiss. I even added Sriracha which made it even better.
