Breakfast croissant!
Tiffany Y.

Simple, tasty, and quick! Not to mention pretty affordable too considering the area. Found this spot on Yelp when looking for breakfast sandwiches and it was exactly what I was in the mood for. They also have lots of other sandwich options and drinks like smoothies and green juice so I can definitely see this being a popular lunch spot for grab and go. It's right in this cute little alley with patio seating outside and lots of street parking. Service is friendly and quick so that's all you could ask for! As you wait, check out the wall with all the different actors/actresses that have signed / been there. I'm terrible with names so I don't really know who is who but still pretty cool. Overall, small cozy vibes with no frills in the food. I would swing by here again if I just want something quick and simple!

Great menu with great prices! I like the green juice and the sandwiches with friendly service. It's quite small so you may be able to sit you may not.

Great little spot for sandwiches and juices... Anny's Ruben sandwich is a must have.... The sandwiches come with a bag of chips....

I decided to try Anny's this time. This place is very close to my work within walking distance. It's a small local sandwich shop, where you can get sandwiches, salads, and drinks. They taste really good, but the portions are smaller. If you get a sandwich, you get a free chips.

First time coming here and I'm obsessed!! I got the Chicken Pesto Panini and it was sooooo good. It also came with a free bag of chips of your choice. I also got a Green Smoothie and it's probably one of the best smoothies I've ever had. It was super tasty! Not to mention the owner/employees were super nice too! Quick service and super affordable prices'! Overall, 10/10 recommend you have to try Annys if you're ever in the area

This place has been such a staple in hollywood and it's always good. I love that they change the menu to try new things but also keep some of the old goodies. Today i tried the new broccoli dish and the steak frites with salad . So so so good!! Sauce on the steak was fantastic. The fries were excellent . I'm not a French fry person (i don't order because i try to stay away from fried food) and it was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside - seasoned perfectly and pairs well with the aioli sauce. The eggs and morning plates are some of my favorite things here for breakfast and i love their croissants and cookies!! The chicken Caesar wrap is a huge hit and i know the Gen Z's love this according to my younger sister lol. I feel like you can't go wrong here, always something for everyone. We've brought friends and family here over the years and we'll always continue to do so. The service is also super friendly . I love that they expanded to the side walk because the wait times used to be even crazier when it was just the patio . I remember sooo well. Love the expansion. I know there's more changes and new things to come as time progresses and we'll be here to see it :)

Im big breakfast burrito girlie and heard about the famous dialogue breakfast burrito. However, being that I'm not a huge fan of sausage, I went with their brisket verde burrito (excellent swap). Good amount of beef briskets, soft scrambled eggs, and hash with cilantro and diced onion bites. The green sauce it comes with was just phenomenal. If you're not a bacon and sausage person like myself, you must try the brisket breakfast burrito here. Excellent!!! Topped it with the honey sage cloud match (very good). Made with A2 milk. Love the hint of sage note. Definitely a come back spot for sure. Bringing my other pup along the next time.

The location I usually go to in the Bay Area never impressed me this much, so now I can't wait to try this drink again back home. Highly recommend trying the espresso tonic. This point is key as this neighborhood can be tricky to park in during peak business hours even though there are several metered spots available in front of the shop and on surrounding streets. I recently visited on a Friday morning and found nearby parking within walking distance, and you could also park at the nearby library and walk if the cafe if circling around for a spot is getting you nowhere. Now, on to the cafe itself! Verve offers a variety of drinks along with pastries for sale, and they even hosted a cookbook popup during my recent visit. I usually get espresso-based drinks or their cold brew, and I've never been disappointed by the drink quality or the time it takes to prepare my beverages. There's ample seating both indoors and outdoors, and I could see why this would be a popular spot for reading or getting work on your laptop done.

Unfortunately, Community Goods is worth the hype and I will be coming back and waiting in line haha…read more I went for the first time a few weeks ago on a Saturday morning around 9:30am and waited 1.5 hours. The line is not for the faint of heart. I tried their matcha einspanner, breakfast sliders, and pistachio toast and all three were AMAZING. - Matcha Einspanner: One of the best matchas I've ever had! The matcha is so well balanced - you can actually taste the matcha, not too sweet, and creamy too. They also sprinkle sea salt on top which helps enhance the matcha flavor. My only complaint is that I wish the cup was bigger. - Breakfast Sliders: I wasn't expecting much from the sliders, but everyone always hypes up their slides, so I knew I had to give it a try. I was not disappointed! The egg is so fluffy and the sauces that come with it are so delicious, especially their hot sauced. I added bacon and avocado too and it was great. - Pistachio Toast: I feel like their pistachio toast is not talked about enough. It was so yummy and satisfying that I wish I could get another one. The toast is hearty and the pistachio spread with sea salt, olive oil, and olive oil is the perfect balance of sweet and savory. I'm still thinking about their toast. Although it is quite pricey, I think the taste and quality justify the price. The interior is small and there's about 6 tables outside which is pretty crowded so you might have to take it elsewhere to enjoy. Parking is easy with metered street parking or free parking in the neighborhoods.

The line was full of restless people and It was overwhelming. It was hot outside. It's pricey also. But my food was delicious. I recommend but beware you need to make it an event instead of a stop. The staff was friendly despite the amount of people. Waiting in line at community goods is the equivalent of dining at a restaurant start to finish. That includes finding somewhere to park. So if you have a day off work and have time to kill but also want to get hard earned coffee come here It's pretty good but make your wait worth it and get the oats.

It's a petit venue with comfy couch seating, chairs and cute table that you can connect. We did that since there were about 7 of us. You order from the two kiosks or off of your phone so remember that they do not take cash as payment. There's so many fun options on the menus from scrumptious desserts, hot and cold beverages like teas and coffees. I had to have an iced boba beverage. So yummy. Our server who may also be the owner was very nice. Quick service, like we received text messages that your order has been placed and it was brought to our table within minutes. Incredible and he was very cheerful. While conversations were happening I noticed a cool shelf and on the shelf were games! Fun board and card games that continued the our mini party! This place was open until 11pm so it cool to have a coffee shop that stays open late. It's not overly sweet at all, which makes it even better, and the flavor is so rich and delicious without being heavy. Coffee and dreams make my mild depression disappear. Haha. Let's begin this cafe review…read more Pantheon Coffee is a modern and vibrant cafe house with a seating capacity of roughly 25-30 commoners. It's located in a tiny plaza on Fairfax avenue in WeHo. They offer some of the classic coffee and teas as well as speciality drinks. Furthermore, they have some delicious pasties from a famous bakery. PC's interior layout is very spacious with curated greek decor and abundance of natural light-thanks to its large windows. Atmosphere was very cozy as well as its chairs. I like that they have a piano and books and greek god marble statues. As a first time visitor, I ordered an Iced Apollo Latte and a warmed Chocolate Croissant. Both items, I truly enjoyed consuming like a demigod. Staff were affable and competent. Service was bloody spot on. Parking lot and street metered parking are available.
