My feet still had visible dry skin, and it did not appear that proper callus removal or exfoliation was done. The pumice work was minimal, and overall the pedicure looked rushed and unfinished. I am not a confrontational person, so I still paid for the service because it had already been done, but I was honestly not pleased with the results at all. For the price and the way the technician reacted from the start, the experience did not match what should come with a $100 pedicure. A pedicure especially at that price should include thorough care, attention to detail, and respectful service. Instead, I left feeling uncomfortable and disappointed. I went in for a dip manicure with a French tip on my natural nails. My nails were quite long when I arrived, and I specifically asked for a round shape. Instead, they were cut completely down and ended up looking square. I also questioned the base color, since it didn't look natural for a French manicure, but I was assured it would turn out fine. Unfortunately, it didn't, and the lines were uneven and barely visible against the white base. Now, just two days later, the gel top coat on four of my nails has already started peeling. While the woman at checkout was nice enough to acknowledged that I was unhappy, no solution or correction was offered, just an apology.
