Worst DISGUSTING service. Nail tech that started my nails to soak before doing a gel set on my…read morenails. She sat back and picked her nose not once but twice. I was speechless and then she wiped the discharge from her nose on her pants. Then she proceeded to take off her sandal and pick at her feet. I was disgusted and sick to my stomach. I removed my hands from the soaking solution and dried them off. I leaned over to the person next to me and told her what I saw and told her I was leaving and I wanted her to be aware of what I witnessed. Before I left, the manager-owner (not sure what his position is at the salon) asked me to wait and I stated to him what I witnessed and told him there was no way I was going to stay with such disgusting service and the dirty condition the store was in. It was dirty..... no telling what was going on that I couldn't see. (My mistake for not reading prior reviews and looking around the store when I first walked in) He basically laughed and spoke to his employee in another language a comment about what I said. This place needs serious help in customer service and no doubt needs to be investigated by the health department.

I walked-in at 10am on a Friday morning and was greeted by all the staff (which was nice seeing as at other places the only time anyone would ever speak to me was to tell me how much I owe them), and by 10:03am I was seated in the pedicure chair with a very nice lady vigorously working away on my piggies. The same lady done both my manicure and pedicure and I can honestly say that I can't think of a single complaint - I would even go as far as to say that my pedicure was the best, most relaxing one I have had in a very long time ... if not ever! I was driving down Kirby Whitten when I came across TN Nails. The parking lot only had one vehicle parked so I parked. Inside there was only one customer. I was greeted by a lady behind the nail chair. Then I was asked what service I'd like. I said that I'd like a shellac manicure. She said to pick out a color on the wall. I did see tons of colors on display. At that moment she then walked over to point out the shellac colors. I selected a nude color. After picking the color, she showed me where to sit and she began the removal of the old polish on my nails. She asked me "how my day was going?" I said really good and then I asked her in return the same. We chatted for a few moments during the service. Like for example: she asked "what did I do earlier before coming to the nail shop?" She seemed friendly and sweet. I asked what would the cost be for shellac manicure ... she replied $30. I then asked if credit card or cash was preferred she said either is fine. The service was efficient and quick. She was friendly and sweet. After paying the bill, I tipped her and let her know that I she did a great job. I also said that I'd return again perhaps 3-4 weeks.
