Every time I've gone in here has been a nice experience, and I've always been satisfied with the work that was done! The only thing that sadly tugs at my heart and makes me go elsewhere is that they no longer take card. They ONLY take cash, which can at least be circumvented by going around the corner to the Chase ATM. The only reason why "cash only" bothers me is that 1. I almost never carry cash and 2. if the price ends up differing than what was originally agreed upon, then you have to run to the ATM. Other than that, it's not like it's a bad nail shop. I found Annie's Nails on Yelp and have never looked back. I won't let anyone else touch my nails. Environment: The three ladies who work here are the absolute sweetest. They do a quality job, never rush you, and make conversation as well. The environment is quiet and peaceful, with only a couple of other people ever in the salon, even on the weekends. Quality of Work: EXTREMELY HIGH. I can't find any flaws in the shape or size of my nails when I leave, and they never ever chip. These ladies are pros at shaping symmetrically. I always get a gel manicure and regular pedicure when I go, and I've never had more beautiful and long-lasting nails. Bonus: The massages they give your hands, arms and legs/feet are amazing. They really take their time and apply a good amount of pressure, and use hot stones as well. It's like you're getting an actual massage. Pro Tips: - Make an appointment. I used to always come here before covid no problems. I recently got my nails done Thursday morning and my thumb nail broke off( not in photos) the same day. I went to get it fixed and the lady kept telling me the only way it will break off is if I got into a fight with my bf. I told her it broke off sometime while I was washing dishes. Then seemed mad because she was suppose to leave at 7:30 but instead had to stay and fix one nail !! .. I discovered this nail salon from a gift card I was given. Let me tell you....this place is a GEM!!! I will never go anywhere else now to get my nails done. To begin, the ladies here are SUPER nice and accommodating. I made an appointment and despite my Uber driver getting lost/making me late to my appointment they still took me late on a Friday night. They even repaired my toe nail after it fell off for free. The salon is always immaculate and clean! Which I absolutely love. They always use clean and packaged tools. There has never been a time I've gotten my nails done and not absolutely loved them! They are fair priced and take so much time to make my nails look beautiful. Great massage on my legs for a pedicure. Hot stones, towels, massage, the whole shebang! I believe a Gel spa pedicure is $33 and my gel fill was another $33. I've been going here for about two years now, and they've been always exceeding expectations. There's only 3 ladies who work here and one of them only can do pedicure. Because there's only a few of them I recommend coming at 930am or call and make an appointment the same day to prevent wasting your time going there. All three of them and very kind and very efficient. If you want your nails shorter don't be shy to ask for them to make it shorter. They also have a stamp card. I like coming here because it's a clean place. They are supper efficient and my nails last a long time. I come in every 2-3 weeks for a gel mani and pedi which is $65. I alway make sure to call before I go because they are normally busy. I once had the gel on my toe chip off after I hurt it, so I went back for a touch up, and they didn't charge me. read more

I only saw 2 workers there so it was pretty quiet, which I didn't really mind. I didn't get the name of the lady who did both my mani and pedi but she was super careful and gentle with my nails. They are great listeners and are attentive to your wants and needs. This nail salon has to be the cleanest nail salon I've ever been to. Everything was neat and in order. I was here to hang out with one of my best friends after we had lunch. She always has her nails done so I wanted to do mine too. This spot was just around the corner from where we ate. The person who did my nails was an older lady. She allowed my friend to sit next to me, which was nice, but then she started being really rough with me. I tend to tense up when I start to feel like I'm going to feel pain during a manicure and this was it. My finger started to hurt when she pressed the cuticles away on my middle finger. And when she felt I was too tense, she shook it and made me sit in a really awkward position to do my nails. She even shaved a few of my fingers down a bit instead of my nails. They feel raw bc of the skin she shaved. I wish that these people would be more careful in the treatment of their customers. The woman was clearly in a rush even though there were only 2 other customers in the store. But it wasn't like they were actually busy, anyway. If the language barrier is the problem, at least improve on that. read more

Been here a couple times when they first opened and everytime they tried to make me wait and have someone else that was a walk-in go in front of me. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the actual service is ok. Today my gf made an appointment and they didn't even ask for her name. After giving them her name and confirming the appointment we headed over. As soon as we walked in we were told to come back in 2 hours. After my gf told them that she called them and made an appointment, the workers talked amongst themselves in Vietnamese and asked us to come back (I think they forgot about the appointment even though we called 30 min before going in). What I liked: I came mid afternoon it was quite and very peaceful. Highlight of my pedi was the super awesome foot / leg massage it was great. I was very happy when I left. What I didn't like: After getting home I noticed the paint job on my toes wasn't very good. Not bad enough to go back but not even. I got shellac / gel on my nails to match my toes it didn't last a week. That part sucks the most. Why even pay to get the shellac / gel polish if it doesn't even last the week. Cleanest and tidiest nail salon I have ever been to! I've been two times since they opened and I really like them! When you first walk in it smells like a spa, lavender or other scents! Makes me feel relaxed ! Nail polish is neatly organized on the wall and pretty shelves and they also have hooks to hang up their shellac colors as well. Each station in bare and only the necessary items for each customer are taken out. Which I love! I hate going to places that their stations are overwhelming. Employees are constantly cleaning making sure it's clean and presentable, a big plus ! And I really like that they are 2 blocks away from my work ! And did I mention right next to Starbucks and subways ! I always get my nails done on my lunch break at work and I always rush to either find or get food before heading back. I have easy access to food and coffee if needed and they will soon have another restaurant opening up around the corner of the building so their more options. All of the employees are sweet and so gentle. Got my set of nails filled in and she made them thin just like I like it ! And she was fast. I was able to come in about 15 min after 12 pm and I was done by 12:40 with enough time to stop by Starbucks and get a coffee and still be on time to work by 1. I have been coming here since they opened and they have always done a great job. Always so welcoming and friendly and squeeze you in even when you walk in without an appointment. I often come with my 4 year old and they are super accommodating. They are clean and keep up with sanitation. I have never had an issue coming in and getting my gel fixed if it chipped or came off, which I have experienced feeling like it's a nuisance or annoying to other nail techs at other nail shops. It's next store to starbucks, the bank, and the NEW breakfast club brunch place which is really convenient! One star cause my kid had fun but she is too young to realize the rudeness from these women here!! And the price smh way too high for that kind of treatment...I've never paid $23 for a child (she's 4yr old) and to have her nails and feet painted. This was her first ever pedi and mani I wanted it to be special and enjoyable. They ruined a memorable moment for my daughter and I. I moved in this area a couple months ago go figure why I never went in. Coming here was the biggest mistake and worst experience.
