Well, look no further, because this place is the real deal! Seth was absolutely FANTASTIC! He took the time to answer all of my husband's questions about our leopard gecko's enclosure and was incredibly informative, patient, and genuinely enthusiastic about sharing his knowledge. You can tell when someone truly loves what they do, and Seth is definitely one of those people! And the cherry on top? He even let us hold a snake, including our daughter, who had the BEST time! Talk about a memorable family outing! Nothing says family bonding quite like making a few new scaly friends! Throughout our visit, Seth happily answered our endless reptile questions, shared fascinating information about the animals, and made us feel so welcome. The entire experience was extremely disappointing and frustrating. The lack of customer service completely ruined what should have been a fun experience for my son and me. We left without the fish we came to purchase and feeling like our time didn't matter. This occurred on June 14, 2026, between approximately 7:20 PM and 8:10 PM. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I will not be returning.

This is such a cool store to come into so it's so sad that they make you feel so unwelcomed. Management needs to step up and make some changes or retrain your employees to at least attempt to look and act like they want to be there. If I was the manager of this store, I would be so pissed that these employees are getting paid and are doing the bare minimum if even that. When the store manager came he refused to sell us the food and told us that he would not sell us anything unless it had their onsite vet's approval (barcode or something of that matter). My cat was very sick and needed to eat something as she had not been eating and this heartless man refused to be any help. Thankfully Petsmart (who has a similar policy) was extremely helpful and helped us get our cat her prescription (even without a barcode or whatever it was). Both Petsmart's store manager and vet went above and beyond to help us get our cat what she needed. Petco, you need to do something about your store manager.

Then after a day or two, they reached out to change the time. Alright, not a big deal. They told me that my groomer wasn't available on that day/time. So, they gave me another groomer at a different time. Not a problem. Another few days go by and I get a text that they need to change the time again. Oh okay. It's changed again. Okay, at least we are set. That was my train of thought. The day of the appointment, I get a text saying would it be okay if I came in 30 minutes? Ummm the appointment was at 4:00pm and you are asking to arrive at 11:30am. I'm at work at this point, trying to get ahold of my husband who is at work, so we can try to rearrange our schedules to accommodate the complete change in time. Honestly, my husband was upset that this was happening while he's at work. I was also irritated about this last minute change and only 30 mins notice. That's just not okay. You can't do that to people. I understand that they have you sign paperwork and let you know that there's a 2 hour window for your appointment. So, you do have to be available within a 2 hour window. Which is fine. If my appointment is at 4pm then the 2 hour window would be around that, and it definitely would not include 11:30am. That's way out of the window so they weren't even following their own policy. That's frustrating to me. Not sure my husband and I will pay for this service again, just because of the appointment time changing so much. It's unfortunate because we do like the grooming for our dog. Original appointment was at 8am. They changed it to 4:45pm. Then they changed it to 4pm. They tried to change it to 11:30 last minute/ on the day of the appointment. That's just not professional. The whole point of the mobile grooming is that it is convenient and easy. This experience was neither.
