Horrible!!! Food was absolutely terrible! Poached eggs were broken and served in a small bowl drowning in water basically soup. Food on the floor dead bugs in the window! We came at a very busy time of day, a Sunday, which may have affected the quality of the service and food. We had been looking forward to eating here forever because we love British food. Heard great things about the experience. Long story short - Monte Cristo sandwich was a huge disappointment. Way over- fried, greasy on the outside, very dry inside with very minimal filling ingredients. Fish and chips the same, over-cooked. The full English breakfast plate, I think they call it a Winston Churchill, was poorly plated and not generous. We make a nicer authentic full English breakfast at home that actually looks appetizing on the plate. We must have been just unlucky that day because they obviously have a popular restaurant. This is one of my favorite places for breakfast/brunch. Annie's is a quaint neighborhood diner with a British vibe. Annie, the owner is British. Annie checked on our table to see how we were enjoying our breakfast, she's lovely. When it is a customers birthday, the staff does a cute birthday/celebratory dance in honor of the birthday boy/girl. My daughter loved her strawberry and Nutella crepe. My breakfast platter was delicious and they made my hash browns extra crispy, just how I like and requested. We will be back! read more

Second time coming here. Atmosphere is very family friendly but a bit distracting. I don't understand the theme of the place based on the decor, but the distracting part was all the music and dancing. Cute, but sometimes the music is so loud that it totally cuts off your conversations. The food is good- typical diner food. I had to send back my waffle today because it was cold. Cold enough o wear the butter on top would not melt. Lastly, I think the coffee is too expensive. read more

I NEVER leave reviews, that's how awful this place was. Food was absolutely terrible, all the food came out cold. I ordered biscuits and gravy and they were completely cold and hard. My boyfriend ordered steak medium rare and it came out like a hockey puck. I would definitely not recommend this to anyone. Annie's menu has a large selection of your typical American breakfast, however I choose to opt for their native dish the Winston Churchill. If anything go here for the English decor, it will make you feel like you are in Europe. Beautiful decorations & fine furniture that is aesthetically pleasing on the eyes. Food was typical diner fare and good however they either do not disclose that coffee refills are not included or they double charged us. Additionally they charged more for the kids breakfast than the price listed which is unethical. Little wild was listed in the menu given to us at the table for $7.00, we were charged $10.99. I would have disputed this at the restaurant but my husband grabbed the check and paid upfront while the kids and I were still finishing up at the table.
