Valley clean reached out and i mentioned that while things are generally clean, the vent hood and shower door could use a bit more work, but overall i'm satisfied and it's a 7/10. They then said they could send someone out to clean the vent hood and shower door again at no charge! Honestly, I was pleasantly surprised at the interaction since I had already paid.
