Flavia and Emma did a great job! Showed up on time and got right to work. They bring a friendly attitude but are really all about their work. I appreciated observing Professionals on the job. I don't feel like I compromised. Their service is worth every bit of what I paid. It's always hard to get accurate estimates for a whole house deep clean, and so many companies say one quote then completely change to a much higher quote! Not Dany Maids, I sent them photos and they gave me a quote for a while house deep clean, and they stayed to their quote! They had a two technician team come, and I wasn't home, I gave them the door code and they came on time, spent 4-5 hours deep cleaning the house and locked up when they completed! Valerie was the manager I communicated with and she was awesome! She communicated very well, was quick to reply in text message and even called me for a follow up to see if I was happy with their service! Their price was very reasonable for all the services they do for a deep clean 2 story house! Highly recommend!

I hired this company for a deep cleaning of our home and paid $420. Unfortunately, the actual…read morecleaning was very disappointing and was nowhere close to what I expected from a deep clean. Honestly, I would have been disappointed with the results even if I had booked a basic cleaning. There were multiple areas that were either missed entirely or simply not cleaned thoroughly enough, especially considering the price and the fact that I had specifically requested a deep clean. I do want to give the owner a lot of credit for how she handled my complaint. When I contacted her, she was very understanding and immediately offered to have the cleaning corrected. I explained that after the experience I wasn't comfortable having the same company return, and instead asked for a 50% refund so I could hire someone else to finish the cleaning. She didn't argue with me, pressure me to give them another chance, or make the process difficult. She issued the refund right away, which I genuinely appreciated. So while I can't recommend the cleaning service based on the experience I had, I can absolutely say that the owner handled an unhappy customer professionally and fairly. Unfortunately, the quality of the cleaning itself just didn't match what I expected from a $420 deep-cleaning service.

To our surprise, they had availability later that afternoon! We were met by two lovely ladies who got right to work. They did not speak much English, but we used Google Translate and were able to communicate with them well enough. They did such a fantastic job and were finished in just under 2 hours. The products they used smelled SO good! I also want to mention that my husband has had medical issues over the last couple of years, and my home is a wreck and very cluttered to the point where I don't usually invite people inside. These two ladies were so sweet and non-judgmental of my environment. We are currently purging my home and downsizing, so I will definitely be having Isabel House Cleaning back to deep-clean everything and will be setting up bi-weekly upkeep with them.

Let's get to the point:…read more 1) I'm moving and started looking for a professional company to clean and detail the home. 2) I called a lot of of places and either they didn't do this or that. 3) After a week I found Natalia's Company and she was the only person out every company that was willing to come out to see the home in order to give me an exact quote and she came that day. 4) the best part is, her team of two employees showed up on time, did a thorough job while I just hanged out in the back. They spent 5 hours detailing the place and when they were done I didn't have to tell them to redo anything because like professionals they did their job correctly, efficiently, and with Love. I want to add more but it's been a long week, I'll end with, if anyone want their place clean call Natalia, it's rare to find a place with a boss who know how to run a business with employees who know exactly what they need to do. Moving is not easy, leave the cleaning part to the pros.

Then she told me, not before! I requested cleaning for Dec 23 on Nov 22 and owner claimed I did not request that but I had the text to prove it. So she lied about short notice. When I showed her the text she erased it from the thread. Cleaners chat constantly ( and not about the work) I know Russian! I would not trust the owners integrity. She lies and is rude. I keep all texts so I have them to prove I'm telling the truth about raising rates and lying and being unaccommodating.

When I found Home Cleaning Home on Yelp through their very high reviews and Yelp guarantee, I was willing to take a chance! I reached out through Yelp and Vina (the Owner) responded same-day and quite quickly I booked our first cleaning for the following week. The plan was to have an initial cleaning and if all went well, we'd continue to have monthly cleanings. On day of cleaning, Vina arrived right on time and did a walk through to assess the level of cleaning needed for the first time, set expectations, and discuss pricing and scheduling. Vina's very professional and everything discussed sounded reasonable. Vina determined a deep cleaning would be necessary for the 1st time and the additional cleaning of the inside of the stove was quoted as well. Vina left and the two cleaners came in with all their supplies and got to work right away. Around 3 hours later, the cleaners were all done and our 2-story approx 1,800sqft house was immaculate and smelling fresh and clean. I text Vina to arrange payment which we agreed to complete via Zelle. Then, we set up a plan for Vina to text me at the beginning of each month to schedule the month's cleaning. April 1st Vina text me and we scheduled April's cleaning for the following week with a tentative timeframe. Day before, Vina text me to confirm the exact time. Day of cleaning, the same 2 cleaners came a few minutes after the scheduled time and same as before brought their supplies in and got right to work. Two hours later, they were done and the house was just as clean as the 1st time. My husband and I have both been very pleased with Home Cleaning Home service and are so glad we found them! Pricing for our size home (2-story, 3 bed, 3 bath, 1,800sqft) is $250/month and although it's significantly more expensive than a friend pays for her house cleaning, we feel it's worth it and that cleaners deserve to be paid a living wage so we're happy. I'd recommend Home Cleaning Home to anyone in the Sacramento area looking for cleaners for one-time or consistently.
