I asked for a pedicure I was pointed towards a pedicure chair and told pick a color and to sit down. The woman who helped me had her toddler at work with her. I assumed the kid was being watched by someone in the back room, which was a little weird, but things happen, so I focused on my magazine and ignored the screeching from behind the curtain. Shortly after the beginning of the service the toddler dragged a plastic chair out from the back room and sat right next to her mom while I was getting a pedicure. I wanted to like this place seeing that I was greeted as soon as I walked in and I was also seated ASAP. The nail lady greeted me and started some small talk...BUT then another nail lady asked me to switch seats for someone else to do my nails. It was no problem for me to switch but the lady who I was now sitting in front seemed as if she was irritated. No greeting, no small talk, no smile, no eye contact whatsoever. I've been going to the nail salon for maybe over a year now i've had no problems always had good service. Until a couple of weeks ago my mom and I went as usually. My mom has one lady doing her pedicure and I had two lady's helping me one of them was doing my pedicure while the other was doing my manicure. I had asked the lady that was doing my manicure if she can go over it again because she had missed a spot she said no that she was the "profesional" and that I wasn't and she couldn't do another coat I said okay that's fine. I finish and I was ready to pay, I got out of the chair and I only tipped the lady that did my pedicure because i really liked how she did it. I only tipped her a bit because I didnt have a lot of cash on me, my mom also tipped her lady and both of them asked each other in their language "how much did she tip you ?" they both counted the money in front on my mom and i and they both gave us a stare. The lady that help me asked if i was going to tip the other lady that did my manicure and i said no because i didn't really like her service. I thought that was unprofessional, and tipping should be any optional. So i will never be going back there again ! read more

I went here for the very first time and i received terrible service along with my friends. I called a few days before to make an appt and they were barely able to accommodate us. My lady personally left me hanging to do another girls to accommodate another person that walked in. um hello I made an appt for a reason. We asked for full sets & pedicures. When asking for prices we were answered very rudely. All our sets were shaped up evenly as well as our toes not evenly cut and shaped evenly for our pedicure. Lastly, thank you for my Vietnamese friend that was able to translate for me, we were all called names and talked bad about. They kept saying that maybe we will only charge them this much bc they can't afford it. We were just surprised that they charge more the longer the nails? We did not tip and they continued to talk crap!! Maybe if we got better service you would have been tipped. I requested my pedicure to be done by Anna and I must say she took her time with my feet and I was pleased with the turnout. I do wish the water was a bit warmer, but I'll request that next time. I'm not giving a full 5 stars because I do not agree with penny pinching as a business owner myself. Putting the charge of doing business onto the customer so that you can accept credit cards is not in good taste at all in my opinion. I am also not a fan of an establishment that speaks in their native tongue while customers are being serviced and our clearly being referenced. Overall, I enjoyed my time at this salon, and had some good laughs with the staff. I still believe that a regular male customer pedicure should be in the neighborhood of $14-17, no paint needed here ;). I came to try the glow in the dark acrylic nail selection and let me tell you JENNY BLESSED ME! She's truly talented and creates the best shapes and sizes for a full set. The process takes about an hour and a half but it's so worth it plus it's a a reasonable price. I also got a pedicure as well and they use these hot rocks that feel so good. They leave your feet soft. They actually get all the dead skin around the cuticle cause they take their time which is great so overall this place is AMAZING! Came to this nail shop asked for a pedicure. After waiting for 30 min the manager said "no" but decided to assist someone else who came into the shop after me. The lady then had a guy, who I later realized didn't know what he was doing , come and do my nails. At this time I was so upset I just told the guy I wanted to change the color of my nails.The guy kept painting over the same spot with the nail polish until it got thick and gooey . So I asked him to fix it and his response was he "Im not helping you anymore you are difficult " and walked away. The manager started speaking in her native language and didn't want to assist me. Another lady came and repainted my nails. Their sign says $7 to change the color of your nails but decided to charge me $11 to change the color of my feet. Then on top of that they charged me $1.00 to use my debit card, which they failed to notify me of before they charged me. All in all this was a bad place and this wasn't the first time they did this . I just thought today would be different since it wasn't busy. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE PEOPLE. Searching for a pedicure place after my appointment that has MASSAGE CHAIRS! Walked in on a Thursday around noon; there was no wait. It was a nice way to relax for a bit. They also had a tv with news on. I just had the basic pedicure. They gave me a good long foot/leg rub; would have liked more pressure but this isn't a massage place so that's ok. Also rubbed my feet with some warm stones. Clean place; didn't smell like chemicals. They have a fan you can put your feet under to help dry the paint. Don't get me wrong, the service is amazing and as long as you call before hand, he wait isn't too bad. The quality and shape always exceeded my expectations. But every time I kept coming back, the prices would increase and they wouldn't break it down for me when I asked. Eventually it got to the point where I was being charged 50$ for a gel fill, not even a full set. In my opinion, if you can afford to be shelling out 50$ for a fill then this is your place!
