Dr. Enders is very warm and really takes her time to listen and answer questions. It was the first time I actually felt that my concerns were heard and addressed. She was reassuring and compassionate when discussing my kiddo's speech delay and the course of action we are taking. When we left, I felt as if the weight from worrying about my daughter was gone. I had reservations about going to ARC, but this experience has changed my mind completely and we will be going to Dr. Enders from now on.

The entire place is dotted with fun graphics that are super cute but not gawdy. The doctors are really nice and expressed their gratitude for being able to provide specific healthcare for children, which I think is often overlooked with new medical practices. Most places are designed with adults in mind or at best the general public. Here's a really nice amenity: They can do their own x-rays, so kids can stay in the comfort of an office designed for them rather than being shuffled around to different places.

I've been taking my daughter here for years now. She's grown up with Glow Worm and I think the…read moredoctors and nursing staff are excellent. However, the posted hours online are inaccurate and if you call to talk to someone, you WILL be left waiting and once you finally get a person on the line, they will be rude. I got off the phone with them earlier about changing an upcoming appointment due to a prior obligation I didn't know about and the girl up the phone was unbelievably rude to me and hung on the phone after my appointment had been cancelled and I confirmed I didn't want to reschedule right now. I tried to inform her we were going to look for a new pediatrician because this kind of attitude and the situation with the hours being wrong is very inconvenient (they don't open until 2:30 on Wednesdays now apparently) to working parents. I realize this is their job, to sit in a cushy office all day answering phones or watching parents fill out paperwork, but the attitude has throughly spoiled me for ever recommending them. Get new girls at the front desk. It's unfortunate the quality of care is decent, but the office staff obliterated whatever good will I had for Glow Worm. I'll only be in contact with them again to move her medical records to a different office.

We have our usuals that we see unless they are not available. They are very sweet and kind to our son. Our doctor, Dr Chang is pretty cool too. I am able to get the front desk on a call without too much holding or delays. No insurance issues yet. They also have video options for at home consultations. Sick and well entries are a nice touch. I wish they were open later and also on Sundays. Otherwise I have no real complaints or concerns.

BEWARE: Cold Insensitive Staff and Manager…read more It's about their toxic culture and attitude rather than the grace period excuse they are holding on to. Unable to see a child in pain and experts in bad behavior towards parents scheduled an appointment for 11:30 AM. It was entered in their system as 11:15, and I -- the parent who booked it -- never received a confirmation. We arrived three minutes past the grace period for a time we hadn't agreed to, and our sick toddler was refused care. My child was in visible pain with a worsening infection and was never assessed or even looked at. No other physician was offered, no referral, no urgent-care suggestion. The front desk and office manager spent the time arguing with us about the clock rather than showing any concern for the sick child in front of them. This wasn't a one-off. Getting a timely sick visit with the MD has consistently been difficult, despite the practice advertising same-day sick visits. Zero compassion. If you need a pediatrician who will actually see your child when they're sick, look elsewhere. We've moved our care.

Super helpful for families who need to keep kid records handy. + locations / Good physical location network throughout Austin. Nothing super fancy but easily accessible. + continuity / They're not going anywhere. I've seen smaller practices open/close in Austin. ARC is large enough and has been around a while. Cons: (no surprises) The healthcare system* is frustrating. Whether it's, - scheduling / scheduling an appointment when there aren't enough healthcare professionals to meet demand, or - billing / understanding provider billing, insurance coverage or patient payment obligations, or - coordinating care / coordinating your care between ARC, separate hospitals and separate specialists who may not communicate flawlessly. * The above three cons are present with any care provider. ARC offers a lot of benefits but you're still in the U.S. healthcare system which comes with plusses & minuses. On a personal side, my interactions with all staff have been positive. It's clear there's an overwhelming demand and resources are limited. Staff has been much more patient/helpful than I would probably be in their position.

I am honestly heartbroken and furious about how I was treated during this visit. After waiting for…read moreso long, I stepped out of the room to ask the front desk a simple question because I had an online class I needed to get to. As I was leaving, I saw Dr. Gray walking toward my room. He said he was about to come in, but he already seemed upset and flustered and from the moment he spoke, I could tell something was off. He didn't ask what was going on or why I had stepped out. He didn't give me even a moment to explain how I was feeling. He asked two rushed questions, barely listened to my answers, and shut me down when I tried to speak. He looked in my ears and then told me, with no empathy at all, 'There's nothing we can do. You can call ENT and Google exercises at home.' It felt dismissive, cold, and completely unprofessional. What hurt me the most is that my blood pressure was extremely high dangerously high and he treated it like it didn't matter. I know I have to be responsible for my health, but he is a doctor. Why choose a profession centered on caring for people if you are unwilling to actually care? I was not rude, not difficult, not disrespectful, yet I was treated like an inconvenience. I could have walked out of that clinic in a medical crisis, and he didn't seem to care at all. As I was leaving, he said, 'Your blood pressure is a little high, try not to stress,' and then chuckled. That moment broke me. I felt small, dismissed, and completely uncared for. I work incredibly hard. I'm in school finishing a master's program in clinical mental health. I am not illiterate, I am not unreasonable I was simply asking for help with my health. And Dr. David C. Gray absolutely failed me today. I left feeling angry, sad, and scared. Thank you for taking the time to read this, because he certainly didn't.

We called at 4:15, it's just after 5pm, he has already been here and gone. He was very thorough and listened attentively. I walked out of my house and into the clinic in my slippers, didn't even have to get dressed or load up all the kids so that alone was amazing. He said he goes within like a 30 mile radius of SouthEast Round Rock which I thought would be super helpful for others to know. The price was extremely fair in my opinion, we paid $70 for the visit and $10 for an oxygen monitor piece, so $80 and I didn't have to go anywhere!!! He even called in the Rx before he pulled out. I love that I saved myself probably 1-2 hours of driving and waiting in an office full of other sick people. I loved how clean the RV/Clinic was and loved how nice Dr. Herrera was. Overall I'm very impressed and will for sure use this service again! Services like this can only exist if people use them, I know there is the need for them so PLEASE spread the word!!! I only have great things to say about this clinic! My family has been going here since we moved…read morehere two years ago. My kids see Dr. Shah and I see Dr. Angelelli. Both providers are courteous, caring, professional, and knowledgeable. They take the time to listen to our concerns and answer any questions we may have - and never in a condescending manner. I always feel reassured and at ease when I leave an appt with either doctor. I really appreciate that Dr. Shah can relate to me as a mom of small children and provide recommendations, not only as a medical professional/expert, but also with that momma perspective. As far as after-hours, we had a wonderful experience with Dr. Whited. He was very personable and calmly evaluated our daughter after she fell and hit her head. He concluded that she was fine and sent us home, but told us to call him if we noticed some specific signs throughout the night. The next morning, he called right before he went into surgery just to check on our daughter. That meant so much to me and my husband. He also made sure to communicate with Dr. Shah regarding the incident and she checked in that day as well. Oh, and I cannot write a review without mentioning their AWESOME nurses, Alli and Erin. Both are great at their jobs! My daughter especially adores "Ms. Alli." :) The receptionists/administrative assts are also friendly and helpful (There is one in particular who always brightens our day, but sadly I cannot remember her name! She usually sits on the far right). My only negative thing to say about BSW, in general, is that you cannot reach your clinics directly and have to call the main line every time. For example, if the clinic calls with lab results and you miss it, you must call the main line and the representative has to call the clinic to let them know you called back. Then you have to wait again for them to call. That can be a little frustrating at times. However, this is not the clinic's fault.
