The entire place is dotted with fun graphics that are super cute but not gawdy. The doctors are really nice and expressed their gratitude for being able to provide specific healthcare for children, which I think is often overlooked with new medical practices. Most places are designed with adults in mind or at best the general public. Here's a really nice amenity: They can do their own x-rays, so kids can stay in the comfort of an office designed for them rather than being shuffled around to different places.

When we arrived for our appointment, the language used took no responsibility. They supposedly could still fit us in, but after over an hour of no one entering our room, doctor or otherwise, we left. I have to assume that when they received the fax to transfer medical records, they canceled our appointments that were supposed to be next month because I saw them in the portal just 3 days ago and now they're gone, again with no notification. I've had other issues with the location and staff as well, so the canceled appointment and wait were the final straw.

However, I scheduled another after hours appointment for the same illness that keeps coming back and 10 minutes before my appointment starts they call to cancel my appointment saying I cannot be seen and will need to reschedule for an in hours appointment. They were unable to accommodate me even though I was feeling awful. I had even paid the $55 after hour fee already, which was a hassle to get a refund for. I think it's unacceptable to be treating patients this way who have been seen by the same office for years. This was also after many hours of back and forth conversation on the portal app, which got me no sense of help/relief.

As I was leaving, I saw Dr. Gray walking toward my room. He said he was about to come in, but he already seemed upset and flustered and from the moment he spoke, I could tell something was off. He didn't ask what was going on or why I had stepped out. He didn't give me even a moment to explain how I was feeling. He asked two rushed questions, barely listened to my answers, and shut me down when I tried to speak. He looked in my ears and then told me, with no empathy at all, 'There's nothing we can do. You can call ENT and Google exercises at home.' It felt dismissive, cold, and completely unprofessional. What hurt me the most is that my blood pressure was extremely high dangerously high and he treated it like it didn't matter. I know I have to be responsible for my health, but he is a doctor. Why choose a profession centered on caring for people if you are unwilling to actually care? I was not rude, not difficult, not disrespectful, yet I was treated like an inconvenience. I could have walked out of that clinic in a medical crisis, and he didn't seem to care at all. As I was leaving, he said, 'Your blood pressure is a little high, try not to stress,' and then chuckled. That moment broke me. I felt small, dismissed, and completely uncared for. I work incredibly hard. I'm in school finishing a master's program in clinical mental health. I am not illiterate, I am not unreasonable I was simply asking for help with my health. And Dr. David C. Gray absolutely failed me today. I left feeling angry, sad, and scared. We called at 4:15, it's just after 5pm, he has already been here and gone. He was very thorough and listened attentively. I walked out of my house and into the clinic in my slippers, didn't even have to get dressed or load up all the kids so that alone was amazing. He said he goes within like a 30 mile radius of SouthEast Round Rock which I thought would be super helpful for others to know. The price was extremely fair in my opinion, we paid $70 for the visit and $10 for an oxygen monitor piece, so $80 and I didn't have to go anywhere!!! He even called in the Rx before he pulled out. I love that I saved myself probably 1-2 hours of driving and waiting in an office full of other sick people. I loved how clean the RV/Clinic was and loved how nice Dr. Herrera was. Overall I'm very impressed and will for sure use this service again! Services like this can only exist if people use them, I know there is the need for them so PLEASE spread the word!!! Ear infection in both ears, runny nose and congestion was found by a pediatrician in Round Rock. we believe they wanted her to go to school and infect more children. They also demanded a Covid test, we walked out and will NEVER return. Spoke to lawyer about a malpractice lawsuit against this place!!!!
