Secondly, I have naturally curly hair and blow dried it but my roots curled up as usual. She spent 10-15 minutes lecturing me about how my hair isn't properly blow dried, and that she can't work on it. I had also brought extensions THAT WERE ALREADY STRAIGHTENED. She told me to pick another hairstyle that "would take less time." So in the end, I had to change my hairstyle, she put TWO pieces of extensions in, and my hair fell out in maybe an hour. When I asked around about her a few days later, I found out a bunch of other girls had a similar experience, specifically with her rude service. Definitely never coming here again, or reccomending her to anyone.
