On our scheduled appointment, Matt arrived promptly and was communicative beforehand. He was very knowledgeable and friendly, provided us with options for the mounting, and also suggested alternatives for us. He worked very quickly and cleanly, and made sure the TV was working for us before he left. His work looked great! Very happy with the outcome. I figured we'd book something for January some time, but Steve blew me away by scheduling an appointment that week! He carefully discussed the specs for the job, gave me a very reasonable estimate, and then stuck to it! My husband was so impressed with the service he provided, and when I finally got home, so was I. The mount is outstanding--better than I would have purchased on my own, but for the same price. He ran the cables through the wall cleanly and without disturbing the existing electrical conduits. He even provided new color-coded high-quality cables! In the months since installation, everything has held up well, with no shifting or disconnections when we move the TV around on the mount. He did outstanding work during (I'm sure) one of the busiest times of the year when the primary contact was connecting entirely virtually. 10/10, 5 stars, would recommend again without hesitation. He took this personal as and with sarcasm and told me how wonderful of me to wait for him. And told me that he would rather not do the install due to the negative work environment/vibe. This is fine. Wished I could have had the TV mounted but customer service is a must. And this is a review on customer service as I was unable to experience the service he could have provided. I was referred to him by a friend who had warned me about this. He had cancelled twice on her as well. She said he did a great job the third time they scheduled and had a great price, but to not expect him to follow through with his scheduled installs. So I suppose if you are in no hurry and have a very flexible work schedule to be available, he may be your guy. Had all the right gear and the right anchors to support my 75" TV, which wasn't made to be the lightest. Put down drop cloth and cleaned along the way. Had a helper to split the work and get the job done fast. I did t have to lift a finger. Provided some good advice on placement and AV design. Although my needs were basic, they seem knowledgeable in setting up full blown home theatre systems. They were responsive even though they were busy going from one job to the next. I guess when you're decent at your job a lot of folks hire you. I would use them again in the future.
