These guys are punctual, professional and they're always a pleasure to have in the house. They recently helped bring my beach house renovation up to speed & into modern times with: - great entry systems in 3 locations - a surveillance system where I can watch my cameras from TV or phone - full-home automation I control from my i-pad or phone - complete sound system throughout the house. Life in the digital world is fun, but a great tech that is an expert with these gadgets and loves what he does is important in my experience. Not only were we able to upgrade our system, but it was an extremely educational experience, for which I am very grateful. Brent was excellent during install. Very courteous and patient as well. They worked diligently while being very respectful that they were in our home. For anyone that has had work done on or in their home the clean up can be a source of discontent. TDR left the areas they worked in more pristine than how they found them. They were prepared with booties as they entered while being completely transparent as they worked. It was as if they were not even there. My 3 kids and I are now able to access the t.v. and/or music from our phones while designating where it is to play within our home. They installed a new doorbell equipped with a camera that also is accessed from my phone. They were incredibly versed in the current technology and maintained a solution for each issue that I had with regard to our decaying system. Since the installation, the President of the company Todd, has been accessible 24/7. I have consistently had questions as I navigate through the new technology. Each and every time I have reached out to Todd, he has answered me within one hour no matter the day or the time within the day or evening that I have contacted him. I could not be more impressed with TDR. I would encourage you not look any further. You will be completely satisfied with TDR.

The install was flawless and Brian walked me through ever detail including TV placement. I have an old stereo console that I retrofitted to stream music and play records. It has a lid that opens up from the top so, with me wanting my sound bar and tv above that presented a small challenge. Brian was able to make this happen and it all looks amazing. See picture for details. Best part is they think ahead when installing wires. I don't have cable or a DVR at this time and I only stream, but like Brian said, that could change one day, so now I have that option as he installed some extra wires for me. Cleanup was good and Brian covered my floor and stereo console with thick blankets to protect everything while he was making his access holes. After that, he cleaned up everything. Another great thing is they offer a military discount and as a veteran, it was nice to be able to use that. Brian was very professional and friendly. He gave me his cell number and told me to call him if I had any questions or problems. I will be hiring him again soon for other projects. Thank you Brian!

I've had our IT guys come to the facility and have troubleshoot on their end but they continue to advise me to reach out to Good Guys for help. I have asked for their help several times and have even offered to pay for them to just take a look and guide me on the problem but I have either received really frustrated responses or no response at all. If I could go back, I would have chosen another company to install our security system.
