When you drop a few thousand on a dog and have two GS already your a serious buyer. Their website says schedule a visit. Now the policy they put rather rudely is no visit. Pick the dog from pictures? So your adding a family member but you don't get to interact with them? They said it was because of covid and to many family thinking it was a petting zoo days. I get that. I said we'd bring a deposit. She said 'I don't care who your are...'. I stopped her and said ma'am. Thank you I've heard enough.' And hung up. My review is not based on a purchase. So a little unfair. But based on merely trying. They much have such a demand they can treat customers anyway they choose. We would've worn masks. Limit to 5 min. Viewing only. I have attached screenshots of my July 2017 Facebook conversation with Linda from the business account. On the day we picked him up, I messaged her to let her know when we would arrive to pick up Snapdragon, and the account responded with Diamond Oaks Ranch's contact information. A few days later, she contacted me asking, "how is the pup," requested pictures of him, and described him as "a very sweet pup." I am disappointed that rather than acknowledging our experience, the response has been to deny that we purchased our dog from them at all. I am posting the contemporaneous messages so prospective buyers can see the documentation and draw their own conclusions.

I felt like she truly cared by taking the time to explain, even before we even booked our first session. The name sold me too because I feel feeling like my dog Parker was feeling a little impawsible at the moment . From the very first session, Larissa took her time to go at Parker's pace (and ours-she knows how nervous we were to introduce him to a stranger after a recent nipping incident) . She explained so much to my husband and I, and we are better able to understand how our dog communicates. I think the training was more for us humans! Parker has improved considerable after consistent training and we are so grateful to have found Project Pawsible. I know they're going to do great as they continue to work with more families!

It was pretty obviously not what it should look like. That's why you get to see butt shots on the photos of how true professionals do it here at Pets R People 2. This is how it should look. They did a great job. Jax kept licking herself afterwards, so maybe she got a little razor burn or just enjoyed the soap residue, not sure. Overall, I'm only able to say that she is a dog and they do that. I gotta give them credit: they were a full house of furbabies and managed to get my two done in like 2.5 hours. This makes me incredibly sad to be writing this review. Two years ago, I called inquiring about…read morepuppy availability. At the time, they didn't have any available but they did have a 6 month old little guy that Kerry claimed was very sweet and a return to breeder. She claimed to not know why he was returned but I wasn't really too concerned considering I was experienced with golden puppies and my thought was that they just may have gotten in over their head and returned him. He was afraid of nearly everything. But with time and lots of work he outgrew the fears. But early on(within weeks) he showed signs of resource guarding and aggression as it relates to toys. Ahhh...I think I figured out why he was returned. So, I contacted Kerry to ask whether this was a trait with their dogs. No response. He has now attacked several dogs, been kicked out of parks and play groups. We have been to trainers, worked with him extensively and even now he has become aggressive on a leash. What makes me sad is that he is our 25 year old daughter's dog. She takes him everywhere and works with him day in and day out. She loves him dearly, as do we. She will never be able to get a second puppy with him. We have chosen not to get another dog (our 14 year golden passed away) because we are the back up care for him when she needs someone to watch him. But he is a real liability for her. I guess I just wish they had been honest with us. Make sure you know the temperament of the parents before spending a lot of money on a puppy and taking on that risk.
