When I picked him up there was no sanitary trim done, only half of his belly hair was trimmed and the fur cut on his behind was INCREDIBLY choppy and still very long. It looks TERRIBLE! He still had all of the knots and he has been in distress ever since I picked up him up. He hasn't been acting the same and I have a feeling he was mistreated. Each time I pick him up he sounds like he's hurting, especially around his little arms; he doesn't let me pick him up for more than a few minutes. The first time I took him he looked perfect, and the groomer said he was sweet and everything had gone as planned. I was surprised since it was his first time. I left you guys great reviews for how well he was treated and how he turned out. I'm extremely disappointed in how his service went this past weekend. I felt terrible for 1: putting him through whatever the groomer did to him and 2: spending so much money for a service that could've been done better at Petco. They are active on their social media pages (IG, FB, PalmStreet etc) so, I decided to try and reach out to them through their social media just to be ignored there as well. As of now, still completely ignored other than a simple "hi" response on IG after sending another message requesting a refund. To that "hi" I pleaded for a refund to just receive the commercial response of "we're so busy and will get back to you as humanely possible". At this point, I have reported with Shop (which they can only send an email to have the shop to respond) twice now, and filed a dispute with Affirm about my payments to this store which Affirm can't refund me UNTIL the store issues the refund. With their lack of response to all three parties, it being close to three months with no response, and not wanting my credit to be negatively impacted, this store has stolen my hard-earned money and I would advice staying clear of this store.

We were very nervous about having our dogs stay at a boarding facility. We were able to come tour and see the facility to make sure that we felt comfortable and confident leaving our dogs here. We left them for over a week. They seem to love it and were taken great care of. It seemed that they got to play a lot and we appreciated knowing that they were being watched over while we were away. Luckily it has scabbed over and did not need stitches. He had powder all over his paws from them cutting his nails too short. Every time I touched his paws he quickly pulled away. My other dog had razor burns EVERYWHERE, I had to put ointment on him religiously. Please please please do not bring your babies here. I can not imagine how awful it was for my dogs.
