I wanted to share my experience from my visit on Thursday evening. By Friday afternoon, my gel…read moremanicure had already started chipping, which is very disappointing considering it had been less than 24 hours. I've attached photos showing the condition of my nails. In addition, I felt that my pedicure was rushed. The service advertised a 10-minute massage, but it lasted only about 6 minutes. The massage and other parts of the pedicure felt very brief, and I didn't feel I received the service that I paid for. When I returned to show the chipped nails, I was told they could simply file them down. Filing chipped gel polish does not correct the problem or address why the manicure failed so quickly. I would appreciate a proper resolution.I chose this salon because I expected quality work, and unfortunately this experience did not meet those expectations. They ask customers to leave a review immediately after the service, but I believe reviews should reflect the quality of the work after you've had a chance to see how it holds up. Unfortunately, the quality did not meet my expectations. I won't be returning and cannot recommend this salon based on my experience.

I had been here once before, and I liked it, but yelp reviews aren't great and it's a bit far for me personally. However, this may be my go-to spot from now on. I don't know a lot about nails or pedicures, but I thought they did a great job: pedicure options are good, prices are reasonable, and I especially appreciate that they don't pressure you to pick the most expensive package or make you feel awkward about how much you've tipped. I've gotten Anna (or maybe it was Hannah..) both times and she is the sweetest, and cutest little old lady. They offer you water or soda (idk of soda is an additional cost, but water isn't) Although this may be controversial, I also really appreciate that everyone gets to work and isn't chatting away and making you feel awkward like they're talking about or making fun of you. Update: I've been here 3 times now and on my most recent visit, I did not get to ask for Anna and I was quite disappointed in the lady who helped me. She just kept moving and pushing my feet around instead of just asking me to move them up or down (yes, she spoke English). It seems she was annoyed from the start. I will definitely not stay if Anna is not available.

I've driven by this place so many times but never stopped. It is clean, lots of pedi chairs, two kids chairs and more nail tables. They quickly sat me in a chair and I had a technician working on me within a few minutes. Tau (spelling?) is who worked on me. She was great!! She made my toes look great!! She gave me a great massage, which I needed. And I walked out with my toes looking better than ever! Tau was very nice, friendly and great at her job. I will be back!

Ive seen couples come in for pedicures together, grandma's bringing in their grandkids, and so many others from every walk of life coming in and being treated with the same level of care and respect as everyone. My nails came out looking fine but I can still feel the cuts which still burn. I probably will stick to my original nail salon and won't be back. He even noticed my acrylic big toe nails were lifting and kindly removed them instead of just covering them up, which I really appreciated. The atmosphere was peaceful, with a nice country music vibe. When I arrived, there were a few other clients being pampered, but I didn't mind waiting a bit while my feet soaked.
