We discussed my skin type, my likes, my dislikes, and I showed her a picture of a look I really like and she seriously duplicated it on me perfectly! I was shocked with how amazing it looked and my makeup held up from 7:30am until about 2:30am (19 hours) and that's just because I was going to bed and had to take it off. Otherwise it looked perfect! My lashes stuck on even after crying! My oily spots never got oily! My dry spots never flaked! I got TONS of compliments on my look! Everyone was very friendly and kind, and I was even able to book a last-minute appointment to have my eyebrows done, which I appreciated. However, the cost of the nail services is insanely high compared to nearby salons. I paid $92 for a simple solid blue color, and my nails started chipping just four days later. About a week later, one nail actually began peeling off, so I called and gave them the opportunity to fix it. I also mentioned fixing my eyebrows, as they were not shaped and I was never given a mirror to see the final result. I was scheduled to come back two weeks later (keeping in mind that I called only one week after the chipping started). I asked if I would be charged for the chipped nails and was told yes, because I was outside of their "two-week window" -- even though I had already called a week earlier. At that point, I was going to be charged around $45 just to fix the chips, which is nearly the cost of a new set elsewhere. Yesterday I went to Lisa Thomas thinking I had booked an appointment online . I love my stylist so…read moremuch , I drive an hour to see her . Upon checking in , I apparently booked an appointment on their "old" website . I was so upset that the old website was still available and that I drove an hour . I left very mad and charged out the door heading back to the highway . Within 10 minutes they called my cell , they completely rearranged their schedule to accommodate me . They went above and beyond and this type of customer service is not always the way these days ! I am blown away how they turned (my mistake , and alittle of theirs with the old website ) into an incredible experience . Thank you is not enough !
