I'm pretty sure a mindfulness coach isn't going to cure me of hormone imbalance, potential mold toxicity, potential parasites, gut imbalances, allergens, etc. I need testing done for those things. They refused to see me, because I told her my psychological symptoms in relation to my physical symptoms! When the body is chronically inflamed there are going to be psychological symptoms ‍ Lesa said that psych problems can cause physical health problems.....obviously?!! & while this is true in certain cases (mental illness can rear it's ugly head in many ways, IBS, Chronic nausea, dry mouth, even infertility and so on); this is not my case. I know my body. She said that many of their clients treated their brain first and didn't end up needing the testing. I'm not sure how seeing a mindfulness coach can starve parasites, cure celiac, treat mold poisoning and maybe even reverse cancer. But ok! I could have just gone back to a western doctor to be told this considering I, along with everyone else I know have been gaslit our entire lives by them. It's ironic that that they talk about exactly this on their website... She was so misinformed; on top of this whole process costing thousands and thousands of dollars.
